Stopped at the cutest little coffee shop passing through Cheyenne. Looks like an old movie theater with hilarious signage and the most friendly staff! Our 10 month old baby kicked over the table (yes I know, super baby amiright!?) and spilled my husbands drink all over the floor. The staff cleaned it up and made him a new drink, which they certainly didn't have to do but went above and beyond to take care of us! I'm not normally a cold coffee person but mid-heat wave I needed something cold. The barista recommended a frappe style mocha but with hot espresso shots to taste the coffee- oh my gosh perfection! My husband got the casa Bonita iced and my son got the casa Bonita frappe style. We also got blueberry muffins and the vegetarian breakfast burrito, both excellent! This place is an adorable hidden gem!!!! I went to Phoenix books across the street but it was closed. Walked across and saw here - decided to try it. Walked in and was amazed. This place is adorable. Lots of seating! It's in a historical building so I had great wood paneling and hardwoood floors. Staff are very friendly. I stopped by here several months ago to study with a friend. Well honestly, the main reason we decided to check this place out is that we were looking to get our boba needs satiated. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting too much from bubble tea in Wyoming. I'd have to say that it was on par with my expectations. The boba quality was not the best as it was not very firm. The drink itself was nothing special. I tried my friend's drink, and it was also just okay. If I'm ever back in town, I'd probably try something else as I realize that I shouldn't solely judge a place based on just one of their menu items. The atmosphere of the place itself was really nice, and I appreciated that they were enforcing COVID guidelines. I'd go back to try their coffee, but their bubble tea was just not for me. read more

What a lovely find! You cannot miss the marquee outside this establishment that invites you to enjoy their coffee on the outdoor patio. Directly inside you will discover dark wood paneling and an open, but intimate seating area. What's really unique is the service area that reminds me of a small ticket office in a train station - the historic kind. The barista was super personable (and pretty darn cute). He explained that you could also order adult beverages from the Paramount Ballroom side just across the hall. My caffe latte was delicious and served in a ceramic cup, so I was able to reduce my carbon footprint. I was also super happy to be able to pay with my phone using their contactless system. On my way out, I noticed the café's "pay it forward" board. It warmed my heart to see that you could purchase a beverage or snack on behalf of a Cheyenne local or any person passing through. Many of the pre-paid coffees have been made available to persons serving in the military. I hope more people will offer them to anyone who may need a little love or assistance. Why go to that sterile McBucks place a few blocks away when you can have a unique experience at a locally owned establishment? Paramount is downtown and in addition to expertly crafted coffee bevs, has great locally made cinnamon rolls that are just right-sized and sticky buns. They also have 'breakfast tacos' that are a perfect alternative to the usual gut buster and doughy breakfast burrito offering. All the coffee is custom blended and locally sourced and roasted. Who'd a thunk that? McBucks certainly doesn't do that! The cold coffee drinks are all made from cold-process toddy, a lengthy prep for the store, but results in a much smoother taste than the bitterness one gets from dropping a hot espresso shot over ice. I'll definitely opt to give Paramount more opportunities in future. read more

I wish I had a place like this back home! I stopped by one Friday morning while traveling from California to Massachusetts, and I'm so glad that I did! The place as a whole is so darn cute, both on the inside and out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even let me borrow a pen to fill out the postcards I needed to send. I loved the ambiance, and I liked that there was a wide variety of clientele who visited while I was there. It's great that they offer a communal creative space, and I thought it was even more great that local art is showcased as well. The outdoor seating in the back was probably my favorite spot because of how well it's decorated to look inviting and cozy. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely come here to get some work done or to read a book in the outdoor seating area. To top it all off, the murals on the sides of the buildings are so beautiful! I'd definitely recommend paying this quaint cafe a visit if you're in the area! read more

Just watched a female barista verbal abuse a young woman behind me in line for asking for her drink to be on ice and slam the espresso machine gear. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. Then the man behind her was belittled for asking for no milk in his coffee. They told him it doesn't come with milk and he said, oh your sign says it comes with steamed milk. Then they said, well that a typo. read more

My favorite coffee shop in Cheyenne. Why? Well for starters they play kick-ass music every morning. Two: They make great coffee drinks and good lattes. That's sort of crucial. Three: the staff is pretty awesome. They have a habit of remembering your name and drink and put alot of effort into making good beverages. Four: Paramount has an uber-simple yet effective rewards program that doesn't require me to have a card, download an app or any of that nonsense. Finally they have bubble tea, which while I'm usually not a huge fan of, it is actually quite good especially in hot days. I recommend the honeydew. They do an open mic night on Fridays but I still haven't had the chance to attend this yet. I most assuredly will soon, however as I'm sure it's good. read more

Was back in my hometown and saw this place while driving downtown. Popped in to do homework and drink coffee. Got a vanilla latte and a gluten-free doughnut (normally I ask for extra gluten, but when in Ro..Cheyenne). Doughnut was really good, albeit small and the latte was great! Cool old building that I think was a theater growing up. Only problem I had was when connecting to their wifi, it would work, then just not work. Which normally isn't a huge deal, but I had a timed quiz to take. I ended up doing the quiz elsewhere. Pretty cool coffee shop. It's small where the coffee bar is, but the room next to it has a bigger table for bigger parties. read more

Driving through Cheyenne and tried this coffee joint. First off, our barista was wonderful and funny. He'll even draw a picture next to your name on the cup. Nice! We ordered the Casa Bonita and Butter Rum from their speciality menu. They were fabulous. Not too sweet and no burnt tasting roast in the espresso beans. One of the best lattes I've ever had. That's coming from someone who used to live in the coffee capital, Seattle. If you're ever in Cheyenne, I'd highly recommend coming here for your coffee drinks. read more

Came for a quick visit through Cheyenne & found this local spot. I couldn't find another coffee shop like it in this town! They have a wonderful staff who is great to chat with while a folk band set up in the background for a late night show. There's a lovely vibe in the place that gives the feeling of the comfort of home. A LOT of seating, wifi, great coffee & they have bubble tea/boba. Also, I enjoyed their vegetarian breakfast burrito. Such a cool & classy joint filled with instruments & paintings on the walls. Let's just say I came to this spot 2 out of the 3 days I was here!
