The job was done was fast as well. Joe, the owner does what he says he will do, and when (if not sooner). He is a genuine, honest, and easy to talk to guy. He works on domestic cars, Volvo, and Saab, that I know of. It would be worth your while calling about a BMW, or Mercedes. You would be foolish to not drop your car off here! Don showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and how he would fix it. He was very knowledgeable and he teaches at the Audi University so he knows what he's talking about. What I like about him is his attention to details, for example, when he replaced the brakes, he would paint the component (don't know the name of the part!) so it won't get rusted. He also cleaned my engine and vacuum all the leaves. I was going to ride my bike to pick up the car but it was too cold, so he sent his mechanic to pick me up. His pricing was fair, much much more reasonable than a dealer, and I much rather support a local small business. They will go the extra mile for their customers and I would highly recommend them if you have a European car. You know those driving machines, they need a lot TLC :-).
