The manager refused to even put the vehicle on the alignment rack.Instead, he did a visual check in the parking lot and claimed the struts were 'the wrong parts' because the initial unladen bumper clearance measured a standard 14 inches, using a random 'fist-measurement' guess to say it sat too high. They refused the job entirely.I took my vehicle right down the road to an independent specialty tire shop. They put it on a real computerized rack, verified the parts were 100% correct, and adjusted my front toe and camber flawlessly into the green. This location is understaffed, refuses to do manual adjustments, and turns away business with incorrect technical advice. Save your time and take your vehicle to a real independent alignment specialist instead.

I gave them the tire info over the phone, they ordered it and it was in the next morning. My son went in to have the tire replaced and they discovered his rim was cracked. They called all over to find a used rim with no luck. A new rim was over $500 so they suggested sending it out to be fixed. Before letting my son drive home on a donut, they inspected that all was safe. They sent the rim out and it was ready the next day. By the time all was said and done, the tire and welded rim was roughly $280. That's a fantastic price. A tire place in Woburn charged me over $50 to patch my tire. I liked that they went above and beyond to find an affordable solution and my son's safety was top priority. Turn around and response time was fast. I will be back in the spring to replace my tires!!!
