I have been using Fox transport for many years, they are a small family business. I have tried other transportation companies in the past to take me to my appointments and Fox Transport is the absolute best option in my opinion. The drivers are some of the sweetest and kindest people I've ever met. They are always on time and are super flexible. They make scheduling rides very easy, their vans are clean and accommodating for those who who are wheelchair passengers. All in all, I would highly recommend Fox Transport! Driver states this is within their parameters for Medicaid. This was never communicated to me in the beginning. I suspect they over booked and decided to let me wait. I'm not that important cause these rides are free for me. Well I've only been on Medicaid for a few months due to starting dialysis and suffering a below the knee amputation. Such disrespect. This attitude like he's doing me a favor is unacceptable. I would not recommend this "service". Horrible treatment of this customer. And to top it off, he told me he didn't care if I found other transportation and was abandoning me at dialysis today and I'd have to find my own ride back home.
