Dr Downs went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of during and after i had a tooth extracted. He checked in and personally called to make sure I was okay. When I returned for the crown placement. He took great care to make sure it fur properly. The hygienist at Abbadent always meet me with a smile. Tara makes sure that I am comfortable with all treatments. She helps to communicate my concerns with Dr Reuen or Dr Downs to make sure all my needs are addressed. He is such a kind & lovely man who loves a sense of humor. His morals, ethics, knowledge and professionalism - OUTSTANDING - the best I've ever known. I had a problem that started on Sunday and today it got to be too much so I called Abbadent right when they opened to see if Dr. Rauen could fit me in as soon as possible. Courtney said they could get me at 4:20 p.m. today, so I said great, let's book it. At 9:33 a.m. they called me back to say that there was a cancelation and if I could get in there now. Luckily for me, I'm across the street, so, yah, I went over and they put a cap on the bad tooth, I ate supper last night with no problems. I started going to Abbadent a couple years ago and have nothing but great things to say about the doctors and staff. I needed root canal done on my right bottom tooth, the pain was miserable. I called on a fri afternoon and some how they were able to get me in and fix my problem before i had to leave for work for a week. I was so grateful and they were happy to help.
