They are helpful and offer suggestions and options. They don't push procedures on you. I have found them non-judgemental and non-condescending. I have to say this practice is probably the first I've been totally comfortable with. I even recommended my sister to them when she moved to town and needed a new dentist! Honestly, if you want a pleasant dental experience (I know, weird concept), give them a try!
