He came over, gave us the price, we talked about its features and had a good conversation. He put it on hold for us since this was our first stop. We came back the following day to purchase it. He wasn't there but a nice, younger guy took care of us, ran the bike through their inspection and away we went. The cashier was very friendly during the purchase and the bike fit in the back of our SUV perfectly. When we got home, the seat hadn't been tightened so I slipped a bit as I got on the bike. We also had to adjust the handlebars and raise them up a bit. I thought Corey said they'd check those when we came to pick the bike up, but that's okay. We're pretty knowledgeable with bikes and took care of those ourselves. All in all it was a good experience and the bike was even on sale. To end this review... a comfortable bike was what I was looking for, the price was decent, so we ended up finding one that fits my needs.

The bike got mechanically checked on spot for pre sale inspection, then off I was with my new bike to the front cashier and politely double checked before leaving the building! Online order pick up is a breeze here! You simply bring in the email (or look it up on your phone) to the Online Order Pickup kiosk in the front of the store. Simply scan the barcode at the kiosk and an employee will bring your order quickly. I was in and out of the store within a minute during a busy Sunday in December! I am 83 years old and need a shoehorn to put on shoes. Can you believe that they did not have one in the golf department. One of their employees told me they have never had a shoehorn in golf. They checked the shoe department and they didn't have one either! It would seem to me to be a major failing on the part of the store manager and both department managers not to have something as basic as a shoehorn in a store that sells shoes. I left frustrated and without buying the $190 golf shoes. Dick's is heading in the same direction as other box store who have lost their customer base. They appear to have forgotten who pays the bills to keep the store open. If I wanted to buy shoes and try them on at home, I would have ordered them on Amazon.
