Of the 3 reps, I liked Josh the best as he frequently mentioned that his team is professional and he quaranteed that I would like it. His estimate was the lowest of the 3, by a significant margin. We choose the metal posts because if I do live long enough to replace the the fence again, the posts will be intact and replacement is very simple. We chose the cedar pickets, again for longevity, yet when up, they are actually very atractive. For privacy, on a side with an active neighbor, we chose 'board on board'. It gave us the privacy because there are no gaps and it is actually a very good look. I wish we had done both entire sides using 'board on board'. Be sure to ask about it. Our 52" gates on both sides are well supported and I will not be worrying about sagging. Josh's crew IS professional. They come to work and do it right; all the time communicating to be sure that they were producing what we were expecting. The truth is, it's better than we expected. And we're grateful for that. He started early installing the lights and mentioned some ideas on hiding the power brick in the attic and running the power wires out the soffit. It was a great idea. Josh is a very motivated young man who takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work. He ran into several obstacles installing the lights on peaks and roof jumps and was totally open to alternative wiring runs to make the install look cleaner. Josh is a perfectionist, which is refreshing for a person of his age. Josh worked about 10 hours installing our lights and making sure the installation met our expectations. I can tell you that his professionalism and work ethic exceeded our expectations. He wouldn't leave until we made sure we were happy with the install.
