Ronnie has low prices but that's the end of the good news. He took 34 days to do my 18x20 driveway…read moreand a 16x22 slab. I hired him to do my 12x34 patio slab and it went well so I hired him for a bigger project a few days later. Each day he showed up he was asking for another 4, 5, or 6 grand. He was at the 90% mark of the $32K quote and still hadn't done the driveway yet. The dumpster company that he contracted to put the old concrete in called me and said they were putting a lien on my house because he refused to pay them after they'd hounded him. I wonder if he ever paid for the concrete delivery or will I have an additional $4,000 lien to deal with? I told him about the lien and he assured me he was taking care of it. Nope. The dumpster company thinks I'm giving them the run around, still demanding $400 on top of my incomplete job that I now have to pay someone else thousands to finish. In 29 days he was at my house just 7 days and never more than about 5 hours per trip. He removed the driveway and framed it out but then I waited weeks for the concrete. He constantly had 'relatives' with emergencies (some out of town) that required him to vanish for days on end, always right after I gave him another $5K. He's fine for small jobs but don't do anything over 12x30 or you'll be hearing the stories. The dumpster driver sent me a text where he told the dumpster company he was so broke he could only put down 3 to 4 inches of concrete instead of the 6 inches he said he was putting down. He told me several times "they all crack, just get used to it". I should have checked the BBB site for complaints because there were several. All the BBB complaints read the same: incomplete or improper jobs that he refuses to correct or refund. After seeing all the complaints here and elsewhere I doubt I'll get my $6,000 back for the work he didn't do even if I take him to court. Serial scam artist, apparently the concrete guys are not required to be licensed or bonded so there's no recourse to get satisfaction with the county/city/state and they know it. I tipped each member of his crew any time they actually worked more than a couple hours and even bought all 10 of them lunch. Can't believe this guy is still in business, he showed up late the last day when I told him not to come back that someone else was doing the rest of the job and he said "I sure wish you would've told me that before I bought this $200 worth of supplies", as if I had put him in a bad financial way somehow. That showed me he still had no awareness or understanding of how bad the situation was at all. 12 sunny cloud free days in that span without anyone showing up at all, no answer to calls or texts or explanation as to why they didn't show. Buyer beware.

BLUF: Miserable business practices and mediocre work…read more Titan initially blew me away with their level of customer service. I had a rep come to my home, take numerous measurements and tell me all about how the structure would be built. I stated that I needed the sunroom completed by the end of April 2024 and they put in a clause that if it wasn't completed, the sunroom would cost my nothing. Titan even changed the contracts after I found a discrepancy with mine and I was more than happy to move forward. I signed the contract and waited. Then a second rep came out to retake all the measurements previously taken and I waited some more. And then crickets until I was told that the materials were being ordered (two and a half months after I paid the half up front deposit). Work finally started the last week of April ( just 7 days shy of the deadline) and I was initially happy with how it was going. I asked a bunch of questions, had to correct the builders on layout because it turns out the first Rep lied about how the structure would be built on several levels. During construction, the electrician's helper stepped through my kitchen ceiling which i don't blame Titan for but it seems they put their trust in lack luster contractors as well. Work was "completed" on the last day of April and the permit inspector called to let me know that he would be inspecting three days later. During the inspection, it was discovered that the electricians never pulled a permit to begin with and the sunroom builders never stopped construction to get the in process inspection completed which required a portion of the structure to be dismantled. A separate crew from the first dismantled and rebuilt the structure and did a miserable job sealing it which required the lead of the original crew to come back out and correct. Since this was WELL past the deadline, I made the joke with the crew lead that " hey , I guess I got a free sunroom now". Within three minutes, the GM called me asking what I meant. This conversation culminated in him raising his voice to me several times and threatening to file a lien immediately that Monday morning if I didn't release payment. My argument that work wasn't completed because the permit wasn't sign off and required that the structure be dismantled to complete said permit didn't matter. I never once raised my voice in return, or acted unprofessional in any manner to the GM. After the tile work began, I found out how out of square the walls are. 1/4" out over 16". Had I had any idea of what I'd experience, I would have chosen a different company in a heartbeat.

Carl from Quality Roofing was amazing! We are selling our house and the inspection showed some…read moreissues with the roof. The company who installed it 5 years ago wouldn't help us out. Quality Roofing stepped up and said no problem- they would send someone over as soon as they could as they knew we were on a tight schedule. Carl showed up on time and was very professional, explained what he planned to do to fix the issues and got right to work. It didn't take him long at all. We told him we were surprised the original company wanted nothing to do with the problems I would definitely recommend Quality Roofing for all your needs Ask for Carl - he is great!

I'm not one to write negative reviews and try to work with a company to resolve issues directly…read more I've tried to do so here and the issue continues. However...I wish I'd read some of these reviews before contracting with Quality Roofing to repair a small roof leak that was traveling through the attic and dripping through one of my ceiling fans. I have found Quality, as a company, unreliable in either identifying/resolving the issue and in scheduling follow-up service to address it when it wasn't fixed. The sales rep working with me, Jon, has been very professional and empathetic but has not been able to get the company to address the issue. I should add that I am a REPEAT customer. I paid them to do work on the small cottage on the property in the interim...so this is how repeat customers are treated. Here is my journey: * May 12: Reached out to them as the recent heavy rain had created a small roof leak that was coming through one of the ceiling fans in my living room. This caused a surge and blew the breakers for all of the lights in the front of the house. * May 14: I signed the contract. No follow-up to schedule and I had to prod about it. * May 19: Initial repair done * September 8: Ceiling fan starts dripping water again and trips the breaker again. I was traveling for a few weeks...it's likely it was happening in the interim, but wasn't noticed. No one followed up to schedule the repair or come out to address it until I prodded again. My sister had passed away that week and I was out of town...I was told someone would come by and that I didn't need to be home. * September 24: I had to prod again, as no one had come to address the leak. I've had to have that ceiling fan/light off the whole time as it trips the breaker from the water intrusion. * October 2: Someone comes out...does another "fix" * October 6: Heavy rain....cue the ceiling fan water leak again. Report it AGAIN. * October 11: Follow-up AGAIN as there has been crickets from Quality. Now not only does the one ceiling fan/light not operate properly because of the water (it dried out the first time, but it appears to have blown the receiver when the issue continued), now BOTH lights in the living room can't be used because of the electrical issues caused by the water damage. I do not recommend this company, I'm afraid. Jon is great but the company does not stand behind their work and doesn't appear to care about making it right.

Dillon and I had connected several years ago regarding a massive landscaping project for my home,…read morewhich was to occur after some construction work. After a few years, we connected again, after I also obtained several other quotes. Dillon by far, was the most visionary and patient person to work with. This project took several weeks to complete, which was expected. Basically, it was a complete tear out and rebuild of my yard, patio, decking, front porch and walk, with plenty of pavers, plants and sod. Dillon and his team were outstanding in every way. In all of my years, and houses, I have never worked with a contractor that was as easy as Dillon and his team. I actually consider them my project team. We worked together as a team to make my dream come true. My home looks better than expected. Their diligence and eye for detail is second to none. Pricing was quite reasonable. Not to mention, they are a full service organization. I did not have to sub out to others for tear out, irrigation, low voltage electric, hard and soft scape, gas fire pit, flagpole, and more! They were able to do it all and beautifully. My only wish is that Dillon and his crew could perform the weekly maintenance and house projects! I am proud of my home and my partnership with Dillon and his crew! Thank you!!!

I hired A Cut Above in April 2026 for their Premium Lawn Care Plan at $481/month to maintain my…read morelate parents' home in Pensacola while it was on the market. The plan includes per-visit weed control, bed maintenance, string trimming, and edging. By August, neighbors sent me photos: grass growing up through the fence pickets, no edging along the walks, and beds full of mature, seeded-out weeds. All of that is work the plan covers on every visit. This wasn't a missed week. It was weeks of mow-and-go while I was billed for full service. What happened when I raised it is the real reason for this review: - Aug 11: Emailed photos. Got an apology within minutes and a promise of a site visit that Thursday. No one came. - Aug 14: Emailed to ask if the visit happened. No response. - Called and left a voicemail. Someone called back and promised it would be handled by Monday. Monday came and went. - It took a fourth contact before a crew finally came out and did the work properly, two weeks after my first complaint. No credit, no discount, no acknowledgment for months of substandard service. When I cancelled at closing, I was charged another ~$120 to close out the account. When a crew finally came out, they did what the plan required, and everyone I spoke with was polite. But polite promises that don't happen aren't service. If you can't be on-site to check the work yourself, I'd think twice.

I hired All American Fence to replace an existing fence, ultimately selecting them because they…read morewere the lowest bidder and because I had a personal connection to their sales representative. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me disappointed. The project took approximately a month and a half to complete, considerably longer than the six days that were quoted. More concerning than the schedule, however, was the number of issues identified after the initial installation. I documented more than 30 items requiring correction, including incomplete sections of fencing, uneven and poorly cut pickets and posts, damaged gate framing, nails that were not fully sunk, hardware and electrical items that were not properly reattached, construction materials and debris left on the property, and several areas where the fence was not properly finished. To All American Fence's credit, their construction manager, Joseph, was responsive to my concerns and made multiple trips to the property to address the punch list. The company did make efforts to correct many of the issues, and I appreciate Joseph's willingness to work through them. Unfortunately, it took multiple return visits, and there are still workmanship concerns that I believe should have been addressed during the original installation. One of my biggest concerns was cleanup. String, construction debris, and what appeared to be nails and other metal debris were left around the property. Because I have children, I specifically asked that the area around the fence be checked with a magnet. Joseph initially told me he would come by and do this, but later told me he had been instructed by the owner, Shawn Carter, not to return to the property. That was particularly disappointing given the potential safety concern. There was also damage to three irrigation pipes during the installation. After notifying the company, Joseph initially indicated that he would address the issue. I was subsequently told that he had been instructed by the owner not to return to the property. The company cited contractual language stating that the "Owner is responsible for marking property lines and low voltage lines." I did not believe that provision addressed the irrigation damage, yet I was left to deal with the resulting repairs. Another issue involved the company's sales representative, Tyler. I was told that his commission would not be paid unless I signed a certification of completion. This ultimately resulted in Tyler personally coming to my property and attempting to address items that remained unresolved after multiple previous visits by the installation crews. I found this unusual and disappointing, particularly given that the project was still not fully resolved. The communication and handling of the final stage of the project also left me dissatisfied. Rather than feeling like the company was committed to making sure the job was completely finished and the property was left in good condition, the process ultimately became contentious. My communications with the owner unfortunately ended on a very negative note, including being described as the "most entitled customer" he had ever worked for. I recognize that every construction project can have unforeseen issues, and I also recognize that All American Fence did make efforts to correct many of the problems I identified. My concern is that there were simply too many workmanship and completion issues for a project of this size, and it required far too much of my time and repeated follow-up to get the work to where it ultimately ended up. I chose All American Fence because their price was competitive and I initially expected that I was getting a good value. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use them again or recommend them to someone looking for a contractor where quality control, attention to detail, cleanup, and follow-through are priorities.

The problem I keep finding myself in is that because I am not there, the crew doesn't show regularly and does as little as they can. As you can imagine, it does not take long for a large heavily wooded waterfront property to deteriorate. When that happens, I find myself having to spend a thousand or more dollars to get the yard and beach back in order. Danny promised the World and charged accordingly. He overcharged me to get the yard in order and then his crew were in and out in less than 20 minutes when they showed per the neighbors security camera. Again, I found myself in the same old spot in spite of Danny's promises. He is a poor representative for the company. Promises you the World and delivers half at best. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I stand by my review. I gave Danny the list of what I needed covered on the property. He told me it was straight forward and what was included and what was extra at the time of the contract. Over and over, I went to the property and what we agreed to was not being done that was on the no extra charge side. This watering issue is nothing new. Danny kept telling me someone was messing with the timer. Why just the timer that is hidden away in a carport closet? Nothing else on the property has been messed with. Danny told me he would replace the plants that died due to the lack of water to those hanging plants. He told me on one occasion that he was trying to complete that promise but the quality of what was available was bad. When I asked again yesterday, he said I forgot about it. Now he wants a receipt from me which I did not keep. A little too late when I had to take care of it myself and now prove I did for reimbursement. He knows what plants they were and approximate cost. The issue with the front hanging plants was not the timer after all. It was the index valve failure that was only allowing watering of the backyard where a soaker hose was cut during the cleanup and there was a broken sprinkler. Did no one check the functions of the sprinklers on taking on the job? I would have happily paid the extra to have forgone the weeks and weeks of grief caused by this issue with the drip system. It was never offered to me until a day ago. I never requested Wally be pulled off his job. Instead I told Danny I would have my Destin landscape guy come and troubleshoot. Twice Danny fired me because I was concerned that the property was getting behind. When I asked the neighbor if he saw my crew, he checked his cameras and the time there was time stamped and it was 20 minutes. That was what I stated in my post and you confirmed in your response. Maybe they stayed longer on other visits that I did not know to follow up with the neighbor on. I just asked for that current week. So in closing, what Danny and I agreed to was not carried thru on a weekly basis. My shrubs in the front are filled with vines again. I had to have my landscape service in Destin come and troubleshoot and repair my irrigation system that Danny claimed was being sabotaged when in reality it was equipment failure. I could go on and on with holes in the service including illegally blowing leaves off my beach into the bayou, vines on the window screens etc etc etc... They may have hauled leaves away multiple times that had to go to the dump, but I asked them to just mulch them and they chose to do it their way. The yard has had mulched leaves for years and we like that rustic look instead of brown dirt. I have no idea the number of hours spent on cleanup by the crew, but I have had it done many times over the last 30 years and it never exceeded 800.00. I believe your invoice was closer to double that. Maybe you can tell me why it took the guys twice the time when it was in the same shape as multiple times before. To date, my 3 tree stumps from the removal of the trees at the clean up are still there. Months ago they were suppose to be ground out. I understand Covid has put a lot of pressure on service industries like yours. I tried to be understanding but tired of Danny pointing the finger at me. In my opinion, he is not an asset to your company.
