(This person immediately went to the bank and tried to get the money by saying they had a death certificate) Then told the family member it was up to her to contact the other person and try and get the certificates?? Finally after 2 days and other person won't respond, Angelica said well we have decided our policy is now to only give to one person? Told her she would have to wait a week or more for refund??!! Will be filing a Better Business Complaint as they took money and did NOT deliver as promised the death certificates.

They were courteous and professional in demeanor, which I valued. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not match the price. Several areas of my yard were left uncleared, trimmings were not cleaned up, and there was little attention paid to garden features like solar lights. I requested a return visit to address what was missed, which they did--but the initial lack of detail was disappointing. Most frustrating was when a shovel of soil was tossed over my koi pond, leaving it full of dirt. I had to spend hours restoring the water quality myself. I do have photos documenting the issues. Overall, the experience was a mix--good intentions, kind workers, but a lack of follow-through and care in execution. They had come out the afternoon before to give us an estimate, after having just spoken to me on the phone that morning. They gave me a reasonable bid and offered to do the work the very next day. At the agreed upon time of 8:30, they promptly began the work. They did everything they promised and then some. I was raking more leaves on my property and they told me that they would do it for me. They not only completed the contracted work, but used a blower to clean all of the leaves around our chicken coop, trees and driveway, then raked them up and hauled everything away. My husband and I were working on moving top soil to our front yard by wheelbarrow and they offered to use their Bobcat to distribute the dirt for us at no extra cost. That kind gesture saved me a lot of time as well as my back! I highly recommend this wonderful family business to everyone who needs tree service and yard clean-up work. Diana F.
