Fast forward to a couple weeks later when I ran into the same issue two days before another unit was scheduled to have its annual Section 8 inspection completed. Once again I got a same-day replacement at the same great price. Since then I had Airtime replace the furnaces in two more units (four total), and just had them change out a broken garbage disposal and water heater that was on its last legs--suffice to say their plumbing division was just as efficient and professional as their HVAC techs, and the pricing for those was extremely competitive as well.
