Our auditorium had a huge screen and comfortable reclining seats, which made the movie experience even better. A little tip for families: bring a light blanket or sweater! It was pretty cold inside, and thankfully I had blankets in the car--they definitely came in handy. They also have a great Summer Movie Express deal. From Monday through Thursday, there are family movies at 11 AM for just $1, and you can purchase tickets online for $2. Each week they feature two different animated movies, which is such a fun and affordable summer activity for kids. Another great deal is the large popcorn bucket for about $12, with unlimited free refills. My kids were very happy about that! There are photo spots and a photo booth in the lobby, plus an arcade area with claw machines. Unfortunately, that was the only disappointment during our visit. The claw machines didn't seem to grip the toys properly, and several prizes slipped right out or couldn't be lifted at all. That left my kids pretty upset and even brought a few tears. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and despite the claw machine frustration, we would definitely come back for another family movie day.

These were all part of a full renovation that replaced the old seats. There is wide spacing between rows and in between seats. Super comfy. Relax inviting environment perfect for families, couples and constant moviegoers. Clean and open concession stand. Always great theater to watch a movie. Price about $19 Located at Magnolia Shoppes where you can grab dinner and a movie.

A pop up drive in probably doesn't sound like such a good way to spend a Friday night to some…read more To us it seemed like a nice idea. We didn't know it would a perfect night though. We got there early to hopefully make it close to the screen. The pop-up concept sounded popular and I knew the lot that was being used wasn't that big right off the 17th st causeway. Even though we were plenty early the first couple rows were full of cars. There was alot of like minded people just happy to be out seeing a movie under the evening sky. We still landed a nice spot though. It was actually a perfect night despite it being a little warm. I parked my SUV backwards and we popped the hatch to sit in the back. We prepped a couple drinks and snacks and I tested that the sound from the radio channel sounded good. Everything was nice, I even remembered to bring some chairs in case we wanted to sit in front. The movie was great. The picture was clear and the sound was as well. We had seen "Dirty Dancing" plenty of times before so we were able to just enjoy being there and talk some as we knew the beats of the movie already. We made the right call for a Friday night, it was perfect.

We sure are! and as soon as we saw that this pop-up drive in was happening we stalked their site to see what movies they were playing. As you can imagine movies are not new releases but they sure picked some good "rewatchables" and we decided to go on a Friday, to start our weekend in the right relaxing note, and watch Dirty Dancing. The place was well organized, they had people to check you in (no contact, once you bought your tickets you are on the list and they scratch you up upon arrival). Then guys with mask guide you to your parking spot and that's it. You set up and enjoy the movie. The same guys that helped park also did rounds to make sure everyone had their car lights off and were all practicing social distancing. They also had two food trucks and a tent with drinks and snacks for purchase, again, everyone wearing masks. The movie was timed perfectly to start playing as soon as the sun went down to give us the best view on the screen. Great way to spend our Friday and do something (safe) out of the house during COVID times.

It was the first time back at this theater in a very long time; over a decade at least. I'm pretty…read moresure it was called something else then. We had friends that wanted to see the new movie out this weekend in IMAX. I didn't even know that the Paragon had one, much less that it could fit one in there location. So we made the movie date plan. we arrived and saw some very hard working gals at the front. They looked short at least 1 if not 2 people to work. It was impressive the effort they were putting forth, especially compared to the average movie theater worker. We ordered a couple of wines which only the manager could pour. That was the only negative, as it was about 15 minutes for him to come to the front, and didn't seem too interested in working. To be fair, when I came out later for a follow up round, a different manager was there and was more than helpful. The Imax was great. Not like the really big ones but pretty good, and the chairs go bay back. We made note and will definity be back soon for a big movie.

Paragon Theatre in Deerfield Beach is such a great comeback story. This place was renovated not too…read morelong ago and wow... it needed it. The new owners did an excellent job transforming the entire theatre--brand-new seats, screens, flooring, concessions, you name it. The upgrade feels total and intentional. The recliners are an absolute dream. They lay back into a full, almost horizontal position, and the option to heat your seat was a game changer for my sciatica and sciatica-related discomfort. That feature alone deserves applause. There are three seating tiers: Standard, Lux, and Dine-In. We chose the dine-in love seat to make the most of the 3.5-hour Avatar movie. The privacy panels around the seats made the experience feel cozy and surprisingly intimate--like watching a movie from your own living room, but better. We ordered mozzarella sticks, a hot dog, and popcorn. Yes, it's theatre food, but it was all fresh, tasty, and honestly better than most. Totally worth it. Now for the one disappointment--the cocktails. I ordered their "popular" Malibu rum mix and what arrived was straight juice. No rum. No hint of rum. My husband confirmed it wasn't just me--pure juice. On top of that, the bartender was slow; the drink didn't come out until we were halfway through eating. My advice: stick to beer or wine, and place drink orders separately from food. Even so, we had an amazing time. The movie quality was IMAX 3D, and it was flawless from start to finish--crisp, immersive, and top-notch. Overall, this theatre has leveled up in a big way. Comfortable, clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We'll absolutely be back and will 100% choose the same dine-in love seat recliners again. Highly recommend--just skip the cocktails!
