I'll be honest... this is my 3rd time coming here & every time with the exception of this last time we had a very underwhelming experience. Customer service was nonexistent & cleanliness of the theater was lacking. Even though they had just opened. Also tickets weren't being scanned in... but with the closing of Oakwood I decided it was time to give it another try! Well perspective has been reset! Huge theater offering a variety of viewing experiences. Definitely much quicker to buy your tickets on Regal app and head right to get scanned in. You also have the option to order snacks through the app. But this time around the lines weren't very long so we went to get our snacks. The popcorn was freshly popped and delicious. The theater we went to was clean and I appreciated that the chairs reclined for a comfy feel. I will say head over with time so you can find parking nearby the entrance. This theater is 50/50. Parking is horrible 100% of the time, so arrive early. There are no reclining seats unless you upgrade and pay for VIP. Food takes a long time most of the time, and tickets are pretty expensive as well. The good part is the place is always clean, and the staff is usually very friendly. The bartender, Ashley, is always fun and kind. They do offer an arcade if you're looking for something else to do, which could be fun for date night. However, the parking, price tag, and lack of reclining seats are kind of a turn off, in my opinion. Also, if you can't do stairs, make sure you book bottom rows there are lots of stairs. read more

We came here to see "The Devil Wears Prada 2". We waited almost 2 weeks to avoid the crowds. It wasn't crowded on 05/10/26. We bought our tickets online, which were a bit over $50 plus popcorn. We sat on the 2nd floor, which was perfect. Our seats were very comfortable and reclined but your feet did not go up. But it was still comfy. The theater was very clean and cool. The movie was supposed to start at 200pm but it didn't start until 230ish. We were a little late so we were glad about that. The movie was very good and we were glad we went. I went to this really beautiful movie theater located in Dania Pointe. I went to watch the screening Hopper. This theater was so pretty and it is located near a lot of new restaurants and attractions. The movie was so good and it was so spacious. The bathrooms were super clean and spacious as well. I ordered the family deal that comes with two large drinks. Two candy of our choice and a large popcorn. This large meal came out to be $48 which is a good deal for a big group. I love this theaters and I will come back. The parking is also free and near the theaters. read more

This newer movie theater at Dania Point in the Ft. Lauderdale area off of I95 and Stirling Road is within an outdoor shopping center. We happen to be there on a Tuesday where it is half price movie day plus a discount for the concession. So I downloaded the Regal app and made an account for the half regular priced ticket. The entrance lobby is huge. The theater should be larger with recliner seats since many older theaters are renovating with recliner seats. I'm not sure why they designed the theater that way but I was comfortable, the seats are nice and enjoyed the movie. The sound was perfect. Some theaters increase the sound to an uncomfortable level. I'm happy about the half price Tuesday. read more

Regal Dania Pointe is a great theater overall. It is super spacious, clean, and easy to get around. The layout makes it feel comfortable even when it's busy, and it's in a perfect location with plenty to do before or after the movie. The only downside for me was that the seats didn't recline. The seats were fine, but I guess I've been spoiled by reclining chairs because I definitely missed them! That said, it's still a solid movie going experience. I was able to enjoy watching Avatar and I loved it! They have nice bars if you would like to enjoy a beverage while watching the movie. It was a fun experience! read more

I love a good deal and the movies is always expensive...but not on Tuesdays! I got the regal crown card ticket discount and came for happy hour to get a pre-movie drink. Apparently there's a 3 drink maximum. The bartender told me this before I even got my first drink, which was a $5 margarita made with milagro. It's a little weak, but it's cheap. My adult ticket was $8.55. I think popcorn is 50% off too. Buy your tickets at the theater to save on the online convenience fee. read more

Came with my family for an outing. It's a very large theater and can get very packed the staff were polite. The space was semi clean. The trash outside of our theater was over flowing but the theater was not dirty. The seats in the auditorium we were did not recline nor have little tables which I have gotten so used to in other regal. I wee as told other auditoriums do but the one we were in did not (15). Got large items so got refills which was quickly attended see too. Sadly one of our popcorn refill tasted a little funny. Overall good experience at this theater. read more

I chose to come to a matinee because I work afternoon shifts and I really wanted to come see The Devil Wears Prada 2 on its release date. Upon arrival, employees were still setting their work stations up, nobody behind the bar, and the workers that were working seemed to be out of it completely. The movie was schedule to begin at 11:35 am, it's 11:50 am and the previews haven't even started. I had to go and ask an employee to start the movie. They started it right away, but we still had to sit through all the ads that come before the trailers. The lights were on bright, so I had to go and ask them to adjust the lights. Simply unacceptable, I've never had this happen in a movie theater. read more

The theatre is great! It is clean and comfortable with sitting sections by the snack bar. We watched Beetlejuice. I had seen the first one and love it. This new one has all the same characters and was interesting and funny. I would watch it again! We sat in the 4DX theatre, and the chairs really gave a feeling of being in the screen. They give you the option to turn off the water, but I left it on. I wanted the whole experience. I think from now on I will choose the 4DX animation for all action movies! read more

Place is clean. Parking kinda difficult during the weekend. Food is waaaayyy overpriced but I wouldn't mind if the staff were a little friendlier and were trained in how to even greet a customer. So my husband and I have the monthly movie pass, the movies are great the theater is almost always clean however the reason I can't give it 5 starts are because the staff can be hit or miss and the seats do not recline which I have gotten used to with other regals and theaters and don't think we should need to pay extra for that as it's a standard in most theaters now. This was my first time at this theater and it looks great. Clean and airy. I skipped the concession stand to be on the healthy side. I went to see Sinners and opted for the 4DX seating. Although I enjoyed the movie, the 4DX seating is too overstimulating for me and made it hard to focus. Parking was a nightmare and spent 10 minutes circling the lot for a spot. Just before I gave up, I found a spot in the back. Word of advice is to arrive early to look for a parking spot or you'll be walking far. read more

The theater lobby was clean and concessions did its best to move the long line along. The theater seemed mostly clean. While the seats do not fully recline, they are large and lean back a little. After a cruise recently, my wife and I had time to kill before our flight. We decided to catch a movie and chose this Regal location to do that. It is a pretty nice place. It is much more spacious than literally any other theater I've been to. It is dark, though, as the floor is black and most of the interior is black. There is lots of seating in various areas and a small arcade room. It was clean and even for the early morning (right at their opening) it was decently staffed. My wife and I walked in and were able to purchase tickets from a kiosk rather than having to wait for a live person or purchase online. It was pretty quick and easy to pick what we wanted. Now, the only reason I'm knocking off a star is for this right here -- it was expensive. I can go to a Cinemark in my own city, especially for a matinee, and it is around $8.50. This is a place with reclining chairs and really nice seats. At Regal? Over $18 per ticket for an 11am showing. To me, that is a bit ridiculous. I get they have to pay for how the place looks and all, but geez, that is expensive. As they expect people to do the same as my wife and I, they had a locked room for our luggage, which was great. The seats weren't too bad, but not as nice and didn't recline (at least, the ones we sat in) like the ones at our local Cinemark. Food prices are what concession food prices are, so I was fine with those. Overall, outside of price of the tickets, this place is great. Big, spacious, cool looking, easy to use, and ready to help travelers. I would go back -- if I really wanted to see a movie. If I lived here...? I'm not as sure. It is an expensive movie. Might be better to wait for the movie to stream. I prefer my local Cinemark for the price point and the reclining seats, but this is not a bad place to catch a movie. read more

Came here last night to watch 'It Ends With Us'. The theater is a newer one so the furniture and decor were pretty modern. I wish the seats reclined further but other than that, my experience was great. I didn't get a chance to stop at the bar because I noticed it when I was already on my way out but I would love to try it next time! Scanning my ticket to get into the movie was quick and smooth. The attendant was nice and efficient, there wasn't a long line. I got a free small popcorn for being a new Crown Club member and I was very appreciative of that! Definitely will be coming back here to watch some more movies. read more

The stadium seats are very uncomfortable the other regal theatre at Oakwood plaza was so much more comfortable

1. Don't hear here on weekends and expect to find parking. 2. Don't expect to be able to order any food in the theaters. 3. Expect to stand in very slow, long lines to be served by disinterested employees just to get popcorn, a pretzel or nachos...cuz that's all the food they got. 4. Expect to pay a premium for all of this compared to other theaters in the area. read more

MASSIVE 4DX MOVIE THEATRE...IN DANIA POINTE. Came to watch the 30 year reunion showing of Dumb and Dumber for $7.00 includes the fee a ticket. Now, that sounds like a bargain, but the popcorn is $11.00, just saying. Each theatre has those cool reclining leather seats which is the best way to watch a flick. Only two theatres in Broward County still have the old smelly standard seating. Kids game room too and full liquor and beer bar. Very clean bathrooms here. read more

It's been far too long since I was last in a movie theater because things have certainly changed. I recently stopped by the Regal Theatre in Dania Pointe to watch a movie and this place is really something. The ticket office is gone, replaced by a kiosk. Not to worry, it's very easy to navigate and there are person nearby to assist if needed. The inside looks like a Las Vegas Casino floor with all of its visual effects. The seats are very comfortable and I would say that there is not a bad seat in the house. read more

This is one of the best regal theaters from the ones we have back at home. We had our first 4DX experience and although I thought the movie selection for this theater could have been better I believe if more action packed movie was playing the experience Would have been better. The theater was clean and quiet for the matinee and the employees were busy to their responsibilities and customers. With the prices being what they are at this time I think it's worth it. The VIP section is a great touch and there is a second floor of theaters as well, which we did go up to see and they were very spacious and every screen is huge. Plenty of seating outside of the theaters and ticket booths. We had snacks and drinks which were fresh and the same price as every average theater. It's hard to believe everything that is in this location is in this one building, but it is and built very well. You could not hear any noise from the next theater over which was playing Godzilla! read more

Cripes, this place should be way busier. We were in again just the other day with a group of friends. We were looking forward to seeing the new Bong Joon-ho movie. We had paid a little more for the special screen they call the RPX. To be honest, not sure if it was a belter screen, better sound or both, but I would lean towards both/ We went up to get popcorn, no line. It was the middle of a Sunday so I would have thought near busiest hour, but nope, dead. We grabbed drinks too at their bar and same, no line at all. nice for us but kinda sad when one of the nicest theaters in the area is empty on the weekend. We got our seats and they were plenty nice. When the movies started it was obvious it was a fancy theater. the sound was all encompassing, much like the large screen. The movie was just ok, but the theater definitely added to the positive review. We live a little farther north but next time we want to meet with friends for a movie in Fort Lauderdale, Regal Dania is one of the top spots we would pick. read more

When you spend vip money you expect VIP experience. Stop allowing people to come in and see a 3 hour plus movie with small children. The child was sitting on their mother's lap on their phone playing games loudly screaming talking and being disruptive. (Stop allowing others to ruin the movies) Multiple complaints were made I give a 3 because the staff did become helpful however policy needs to be changed or enforced! People do not have movie etiquette or consideration of others because the policies either need to change or need to be enforced. One guy was vaping in the theater another on a video call. Another snoring loudly. I appreciate the staff however I'm speaking to the upper ups on this one. MAKE CHANGES people are starting to hate going to the movies because of crappy experiences like this! Do better and give your staff a raise start putting people OUT for disruptions! People who brought their children in they took their shoes off and had them in the middle of the walk way I'm kicking shoes out the way so I don't trip. Beautiful movie theater. A nice place for a date. The theater is big and clean. It has nice sitting areas, couches a few around the place. The place also has a bar. The concession stand has other many options. I was happy to see that. I liked the place. I came to watch Blue Beetle the 4DX experience. This was my first time here. The seats were narrow. They do not recline. They are comfortable. I liked the experience. I felt the seat move. I felt air and water. It was cool. It was like being part of the movie. It was great. I recommend trying it. One thing I really liked about this theater was how well-lit the parking lot was at night. I felt completely safe walking out. The staff was friendly. I learned that it's a thing to dress up and get into character for some to watch a movie. That was cool to witness here lol. read more

Absolute trash. While the theater itself is fairly new and modern, the patrons have trashed it. Like just straight up garbage all over the floor and counters. I tried watching a movie tonight only to have an insane amount of teens come into the theater to scream, standup to block your view, shine a light at the screen, and talk throughout the entire movie. Security was called and they eventually came and threw some people out. However, people arrived right after so the whole experience was just garbage from start to finish. read more

A very generic regal, despite its absolutely stunning design and how spacious this place is, the place overall leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is friendly but the couple times I've gone, they seem to be confused at prices, not know them, or genuinely just look like they don't want to be working currently. I tried out the 4DX theater, and while it is absolutely an amazing experience that moves your seats (an insane amount) has effects like water and 'snow' and even water, the price is insane to justify, with it being upwards of $25 dollars on a busy Friday/Saturday night. To make matters worse, the movie we were seeing was not working and took over an hour and a half to start and all the manager said was "either wait or get a refund and leave" with no offers of making it up to us. Prices are decent for the concessions and movies, however the lack of reclining seats and multiple little problems such as dirty theaters leaves this place a very generic theater that I wouldn't go out of my way to visit unless I absolutely needed to. read more

It's a shame that this is a beautiful theater but so disorganized. You have to purchase your tickets at one of the kiosks. The kiosk we happened to pick didn't have paper so it didn't print out a receipt. We told the lady who was checking our receipt and she sent us to the concession stand where we had to wait for someone to come over and write down our seat info for the usher. I don't know why we needed that because there was no usher checking tickets. Plan on AT LEAST 30 min before your movie if you want any concession items. It took us at least 20 min the first time we got in line. We also got in line to get popcorn to go after our movie and waited for a long time. The poor guy in front of us was with his little girl and said that his movie had started 30 min ago. There were only 3 cashiers and only 1 popcorn machine. The soda machine by our cashier wasn't working or had run out of soda because he had to keep going to the other end of the counter to get sodas. The nacho cheese that was behind him had run out so he had to go to the other end of the counter to get that as well. There was no urgency with any of the employees. The bathrooms are really nice but there's nothing to tell you if they're occupied. Unless you check every single stall, you could be waiting in line not realizing that there's available stalls. I would have given 2 stars but gave 3 stars because it was a beautiful new theater. read more
