And it did: in the form of a letter that they were dropping us as a client in order to focus on ones who would fit more neatly into their new financial planning service structure. We had spent many hours working with their accountants to set up a system to handle our unique business situation and felt hung out to dry when given the boot so early in our relationship. Had I known when we hired them that we were subject to a profitability review, I would have never bothered using them in the first place. Quite frankly, it's a conflict of interest when those privy to your private business data then use that information to make marketing decisions. Anyone contemplating doing business with this or any accounting firm should carefully determine whether the prospective firm will be working diligently in their clients' best interest or be pursuing greener profit opportunities in conflict with their clients' accounting needs.

From the very first interaction at her dinner seminar, Arika was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which encouraged them to make an appointment later that week. During their appointment, she took the time to truly listen to my parents' goals and concerns, explained everything clearly (without pressure or jargon), and made sure they fully understood their options before moving forward. Her ability to break down complex financial concepts into plain, reassuring explanations made all the difference. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. She wasn't just selling a product--she was focused on protecting their money, minimizing risk, and importantly, giving them peace of mind. My parents felt respected, supported, and confident in their decisions, which is priceless. If you're looking for a financial advisor who is trustworthy, highly competent, compassionate, and truly has your best interests at heart, we wholeheartedly recommend Arika Larson. J. Lee
