Apparently, he had decided my massage therapy business (over 30 years) was hobby or sex work (he told me this after the fact) and didn't cover my home office even though we discussed it and he had my business webpage & email. At first he admitted his mistake on the phone and said that's why he has insurance to cover his mistakes but we were unable to prove this the satisfaction of others at Allstate because they said I didn't record our conversations or have his words in writing. His mistake cost us literally thousands of dollars - 35k plus labor. I can not state what a horror this was financially to us and devastating that we literally would have had this covered if he had marked it on a form. Please for your own sake don't use them and record everything.
