I contacted Tatyana Koshevaya (TK Consulting Services) for Florida consulting services, although…read moreshe was only licensed in Washington State and had no right to consult on Florida laws. She included information in the price that I did not ask for, and did the work with grammatical errors and unprofessionally. After receiving the result, I refused her services. Before that, she demanded an additional amount of money, although she had not done anything yet - I refused to pay, I wanted to see at least some result first. In addition, she disclosed my personal information to my lawyer without my consent. It's good that I had a witness with me - now I can sue for $ 1000 spent on poor quality services. I recommend being careful when contacting this consultant.

First, I called and left a message with Claudia last Friday, 7/13/18. I did not get a reply. Secondly, I called back Monday, 7/16 at 11 AM and again at 1:15 PM. Again, no reply. I finally tried yet again to call, but got (once again!) her voicemail. I left a message informing her that her services, such as they appeared to be, would not be required. Lo and behold, I got a return call! I enquired if she had received my most recent voicemail informing her of my lost interest in dealing with her. Surprise!!! She hadn't reviewed her voice mail messages. The most fundamental dealing with phone calls and voicemail seem to be beyond Claudia's grasp. Again, I can't evaluate her services, but I would recommend that you should hang up and call someone else if you just get her voicemail, for it appears to be of no use to her.......perhaps her customers appear to be of no use to her, either?

From the very first interaction at her dinner seminar, Arika was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which encouraged them to make an appointment later that week. During their appointment, she took the time to truly listen to my parents' goals and concerns, explained everything clearly (without pressure or jargon), and made sure they fully understood their options before moving forward. Her ability to break down complex financial concepts into plain, reassuring explanations made all the difference. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. She wasn't just selling a product--she was focused on protecting their money, minimizing risk, and importantly, giving them peace of mind. My parents felt respected, supported, and confident in their decisions, which is priceless. If you're looking for a financial advisor who is trustworthy, highly competent, compassionate, and truly has your best interests at heart, we wholeheartedly recommend Arika Larson. J. Lee
