After a verbal disagreement, the manager accussed me of doing the damage on transport and I should have inspected the glass before leaving on the 1st pick up. Why did you wrapp them up if its your practice to show the customer the finished product? Clearly you didnt show me the 1st time. You showed me after I picked the panels up the 2nd time and accussed me of scratching the glass. Richie was the specialist on my window and he was very kind and helpful and he called me with a heads up that he'd be on his way to take my appointment. He did a full look at the window from the inside and then got on his tall ladder to look from the outside and found the problem quickly. He told me the next steps and the timeline to get the full quote and their recommendation as a company to get the window re-installed properly. I wish I'd found Dan Bradley Glass sooner because I feel the issues I now have with water damage to my bedroom wall could've been prevented if they'd done the job the first time.
