Other than waiting to speak to someone, it was a real save and I'm happy to be driving a working vehicle.

I was told I needed to provide my social insurance number and driver's license in order to TEST DRIVE a vehicle. I did not give verbal OR written consent for my credit to be checked, and they still did it FIVE times. They think they can take advantage of everyone that walks through their doors because they might have a weak credit score or debts they have not paid off. I have good credit, a job, and a vehicle of my own completely paid off and they STILL tried to take advantage of me. They do this so that you are not able to visit any other car dealerships because your score will be so low from their hits by the time you get there. You will have no choice but to go crawling back to them for a car with insane interest rates that will cost you more than it is worth the SECOND you drive off the lot. If your credit is good or excellent, they will make sure you leave with bad or fair because of the amount of times they will run it through their system. You are better off buying a car you can pay for in full for a couple thousand than trusting these goofs with your credit or money. They also lie about their vehicle history and try selling you cars that have been through various serious accidents. DO NOT trust these guys with a dime.

Drove to dealership and had to wait 2.5 hrs waiting for a battery. So for 2 days of inconvenience I was offered a car wash...witch i was to was free anyway when I bought the truck.     I will start off with an apology; this will be quite a long review so buckle up…read more First I'll start with saying scheduling the appointment was great, no phone waiting, people knew exactly what was going on and were quite personable. Getting to the dealership was fine, simple enough to understand. Service advisor was fine as well, I think they did a good job. Where things start to go off the rails a little bit is that once in the dealership, the people were not the friendliest, seemed almost a little hostile, no one really said hello other than the service manager who was fine. The flooring in the refreshment area is definitely a choice as there is no flooring there, it's fine, probably just being renovated (I hope). The washrooms have a sign that say they're cleaned once a day at 9pm which is definitely a choice given the current world circumstances. It does say, however that the customers should let them know if there's issues which would be fine except they seem to relieve themselves of any responsibility as if they wouldn't check otherwise (again I hope they're checking their washrooms periodically without a customer asking them to). The reminder to wash your hands was nice except they forgot French and then wrote it in with pen (not really an issue but just found it to be funny that they had at least 5 other languages and forgot French). Outside the dealership was interesting as well. Many of their cars had spiderwebs on them which is understandable if they're old/used/brand new in plastic still but these are display cars that have spiderwebs on them. This includes their Lexus at the very front facing the main road which is riddled with spiderwebs as well. After the service on my vehicle was complete, it took about an hour for a representative to come get me. Fine, out to lunch, no worries. The receipt and report given at the end of the service had all of the services performed but did not have an inspection report highlighting tire depth, brake wear, wipers, lights, anything standard that any reasonable dealership would give you. In addition, the dash cam was unplugged and not plugged in again. This is a new one I've never experienced at any other dealership which makes me wonder what exactly they were doing that would require them to not have record of it. The plastics they install to keep oils and germs off of the steering wheel, seat and gear selector were installed and the only reason I know that is that they were not fully removed causing me to have to touch that stuff anyway. Doesn't make sense. Anyway, I feel like I've gone on long enough, there were a few more things but probably no one from the dealership will read this or care or maybe it'll make it to the "marketing team" or James from Lexus like for all of the other poor reviews. I'll probably never go here again, I think I would rather drive out to London or Sarnia in the middle of winter next time.

    I brought my car in here for regular oil change and check up. My truck just hit the milestone where…read moreI had to do some additional things IE transmission fluid change and coolant system flush. I opted in to all of these additional services because I like to take care of my vehicle. The total bill came out to about $700. When I went to go pick my vehicle back up I walked out to my truck to leave it looked like my rim was super scratched up. Upon closer look it wasn't scratched it was tire lube because they put a new tire on it... Well I didn't get a new tire what is going on here. I talked to my service rep and they said oh yeah I forgot to tell you we popped one of your tires coming off the lift but don't worry we replaced it with a brand new one. I was definitely frustrated that I just paid 700 for service and was not told that my tire was popped and they didn't even clean off all the lube or wash the truck, but I understand accidents happen and I am a pretty reasonable person so I left it at that. Fast-forward to next day and I am driving it and the truck started pulling to the side with the new tire on it. I brought it back up and they did an alignment on it and didn't even test drive it to see if the problem was fixed... it wasn't... So now I have to come back for a 3rd day and waste another 2 hours sitting there. In the end their solution was just to move the new tire to the back of the truck and that will stop the pulling. I am very dissatisfied with this solution and expressed that I was unhappy, because what happens when I go to get the tires rotated the next time? This will be the same issue. I want it also to be known that the tires on the truck have 12k miles on them and they said that if the tread was more worn out they would have replaced both but since they are "close enough" they wouldn't. They just lost a probably life long customer over a 300 dollar tire that should have been fixed the right way the first time. Putting a band aid fix together to cover a mistake is just half-assed. I am not one to leave bad reviews but at this time I feel it is warranted. I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same or similar experience.

    Dishonest and not transparent. I was not offered the opportunity to inspect or test the vehicle…read morebefore signing the lease paperwork. When I asked to inspect the car first, I discovered significant paint issues--roughness instead of a smooth, shiny finish, along with scratches all over the vehicle. Because of this, I refused to sign the form stating that the car had no damage. The dealership offered to fix the issue, but when I returned the next day to pick up the car, it was clear they had only done a quick cosmetic "mask job" and did not properly fix the paint problems. When I raised my concerns, the General Manager told me that my only options were to take the car or they would sell it and charge me for any losses they might incur. Both the GM and the sales manager repeatedly stated that all new cars have scratches and that this is "normal." The sales manager even walked me through the showroom, pointing out scratches on multiple vehicles, including a brand-new Nissan Leaf on display. When my friend and I inspected it closely, we did in fact see scratches all over it. The GM also claimed that my car was in better condition than an INFINITI displayed in their showroom. Feeling pressured, I ended up taking the car. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the appropriate government agency. My advice to anyone considering buying or leasing from this dealer: be very careful. Inspect the vehicle thoroughly, review all paperwork closely, and read every detail before signing anything.

I called the service dept to ask for some body…read morerepair info on my 2019 NIssan Rogue and the guy made it clear that he couldn't care less if he had my business or not. He wasn't friendly at all, and there were long silences after I asked a question as if he thought my question was too dumb to answer. I then inquired at Steve's Auto Body Repair on Tecumseh and he couldn't have been kinder or more helpful (and Steve's has a 5 star rating compared to these guys' 2.7).

    service manager is very rude and he did mistake to pull off the interior vent to fix the bottom pin…read moreand he broke that and later he blamed me that I broke that pin and to be honest before that day I saw both pins which were in good condition. Later he said the part will cost 61 dollars and he said 340 dollars + tax just to fix that small part. I showed in attached picture. In the end I will say the service is very bad. the thing is not regarding the part of price which is broken it is about the honest, kindness and the service. thanks

It is worth the drive! I recently purchased a new 2025 Atlas and when we arrived home a few hours later, we noticed the vehicle had damage on the passenger side, above the wheel. I assumed the dealership would fix the damage or at least help me understand how this could have happened. After reporting it to my sales person, they sent a low quality video as proof that the vehicle was "not damaged upon pick up". This video footage was more like a security camera quality footage, extremely low quality and you could not even see basic aspects of the vehicle. I asked for the manager to simply call or provide me a written statement to explain why or how they determined that the damage wasn't on their end? I was certain it didn't happen during the few hours since we owned the vehicle. The manager didn't even bother to reach out or to explain why they had come to this conclusion. I did get a quote for repairing the damage and fortunately it is only a few hundred dollars but in many ways that makes it worse. The manager was willing to be that rude and unresponsive just to save what would have likely been a $100 repair to them. Keep that in mind, as you consider if it is worth buying a $65,000 vehicle here.
