As I was finishing getting my gas, which was the cheapest around, a caravan of prime tracks pulled in. Either there was a convention here for Amazon, or a nearby warehouse. It also told me something about the business. The exterior was quite clean and organized, the restrooms were fairly clean, and had handicap railings and call buttons, which told me the owners care for their customers. The food that was prepared outside looked decent. Pizzas and empanadas for a good price. I got a breakfast empanada with a light flaky pastry And friendly cashier. I think it's a good place to stop.

Whenever I come up this way in Connecticut, this CVS is always there for me…read more Being from NY, I have more bad CVS stores than good ones near me. I come up to visit my mother (who lives in Danbury) often enough and usually need to make a stop here for one reason or another. This store is a lot neater and cleaner (from what I've seen) over the locations near me. The staff is noticeably a lot friendlier than I'm used to coming from a CVS in general. Could be a location issue, since I'm from rude NY and it's a different world up in parts of Connecticut - but I'll take it! The parking lot is clean and easy. I always was able to find what I was looking for here and that says a lot since I frequent CVS's around my way and more than enough times, they don't have what I'm looking for in some capacity just about every time. And I'll take this place over the crappy Walgreen's that located a mile or so down the block. Out of the two, this place wins hands down every time.

The corporation is clearly leaning on their pharmacy services, to the point where if you need help with anything else, you have to physically go down to the store because they cannot be bothered to answer their phone. At about 2:15 I called again and they told me that my prescription was ready to be picked up. I sent one of my employees to go pick it up, they told him it still wasn't ready and that it would be ready in about ten minutes. He came back later and they told him that they did not in fact even have the prescription. At this point it was far too late to go to another pharmacy to buy the prescription so I had to spend the night in agonizing pain to only be able to pick it up the next day in the evening. Keep in mind that this has happened to me numerous times in the past but I have kept up with it. This is my final straw and I will be switching pharmacies! If I could vote this pharmacy a 0/5 I would
