Mr.Stengel, we run a reputable business here in Miami for over 20 years with technicians with all sorts of experience and from all walks of life with ASE certifications, never have my employees disrespected yours or spoke to them rudely. Today's conversation with Val was not only unprofessional and uncalled for but demeaning. As of today our company will cease to completely do business with Napa and its sister companies and we will be reaching out to our over 10,000 customers to explain to them why any part bought from you will not be bought there again and we will also be reaching out to local media to continue to publicize just how bad your store here is run and represented. As a CEO, a mistake most often committed by employees is that they think they are untouchable, when we returned the item we recorded the confrontation with your associate and your manager and if you'd like to see that we can provide it to you as well as your employee saw no wrong in his actions. . They just allow an entire engine to spill oil onto the ground and don't even bother to clean anything; just allowing the oil to seep into the ground. This place is sending Miami's environment back 100's of years with the amount of oil and fluid spillage. It truly is sad and the owners and/or managers that allow this place to stay open should feel ashamed to call themselves business owners. The Town of Medley knows this and will never do anything about it because the junkyards have the officials at the end of a leash. Not only that, their cashiers were of no help because I chose not to speak Spanish to them. Even though I am fluent in Spanish, the cashier openly mocked me without using the word 'gringo' (even though I am Hispanic) telling me to hurry up and didn't want to have to deal with me. After which she received a call on her cell phone and began to talk to a family member and completely ignored me. After she graciously finished her call, she wanted to overcharge me on parts, so I told her she was mistaken. Then the outburst came with her waving her hand at me saying I don't know what I'm talking about. What an abysmally unprofessional place. I have never been treated with such disregard in my entire life. So much so, that I am putting multiple complaints in with the company LKQ. I recommend anybody who wants parts, just buy online. This place is a rip off. The 'core' and 'environmental' fees along with the time you have invested pulling the part will never justify the price they charge. Any part that is left on the vehicle is useless. All useful parts are previously pulled off and placed on the internet for a premium before the vehicle gets out to the yard. You will never tell them they are wrong when wrongfully charging for parts. They are inexperienced, rude and incompetent.

    - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Negative 10 stars for this business…read more My only day in Miami, as Im looking for dashboard and column chrome parts I requested for help, talked to an associate, but she sent me to the customer service counter but customer service seem to know how to wash out their hands and sent me back to the aisle I was at and look for someone in that particular section for help , NOT A SUCCESS. I was just going in circles. Communication skills is very sloppy, the young ladies don't have the customer service experience nor the proper skills to communicate. I decided to purchased 14" wooden steering wheel and hub kit for my 2018 Peterbilt 579. After I paid, I was asked to wait by the entrance to receive my items. After 10 minutes standing at the same spot, finally an associate asked if she could be of assistance. Well, Yes I do. My items were with her at front the entire time. * HERE COMES THE BEST * As I am getting my steering wheel installed, I found out the steering wheel is an 18" and my hub kit is for an International truck ‍. NOW, THAT'S A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I'm already stationary in Pompano beach for the evening. Now, I have no choice but wait until tomorrow and drive 1 hour to Miami Star chrome shop and have an exchange for the right parts. I recommend to check all part numbers and orders before walking out of the store! Unfortunately the ladies at the store have NO knowledge NOR customer service experience.

Call first to make sure they have what you are looking for. They had the parts for my Nissan but not for my Jeep. They always answer the phone and speak English and Spanish.     I'd already replaced 2 of my tires several months ago, and in looking at the condition of the other…read more2, it was now time to swap them out as well. I found on the internet that Walmart had Bridgestone brand tires for my vehicle on sale for less than $100 each, which was a solid deal. Within a few minutes I was able to buy the tires, pay for installation and book an appointment, and even with all the usual disposal and other fees that come with tire purchases, the total was a little more than $250 which I was happy with. The slight downside was that the tires weren't in stock so the soonest I could get them installed was about 3 weeks later. My appointment was on a Saturday morning at 10. As others have stated, the line of people at the back of this Walmart store for the Tire and Auto Center was long, and they only had 1 line for everyone regardless if you were buying something, checking in for a service you'd already paid for like me, returning a battery, asking which wiper blades were correct for your vehicle, etc. I got in line at just before 10, and at 10:32 I finally got to speak with someone...So more than a 1/2 hour wait. Contrary to what other reviewers have stated the 2 people I dealt with spoke perfect English, the guy looked up my order, went out to check that the tires I bought had arrived, verified they were the right ones for my vehicle, took my keys and told me I'd get a text when they started working on my car and when it was ready. He didn't believe an alignment would be needed, but if any other services were suggested, they'd message me. Though the line of cars waiting for oil changes stretched out into the parking lot, I got a text within 15 minutes of handing the guy my keys, stating they'd started my service, and my car was ready for pickup at 11:20, so about 50 minutes from the time I was waited on until my car was ready. I really wish all service visits were this simple and straightforward; I placed my order and scheduled the service on their website, paid for everything including installation at that time, there was no attempt to upsell me to better or more expensive tires, they didn't try and add in a bunch of extra services like an alignment that I didn't need, the price paid for everything was very reasonable and when I got back in my car to leave, my seat hadn't been moved or the radio station changed as is often the case at dealerships. The only inconvenience was the 30+ minutes I spent waiting in line just to tell them I'd arrived. That said, I'd be happy to return here in the future.

I tried to do one stop at Walmart Auto Center and…read moreordered my tires online(this was smooth) and wanted the Auto center to install the tires and also an oil change. At first there was confusion on which line I should be in. After speaking in my broken Spanish to the attendant he told me that I would need an oil change first and then tire installation after. After waiting for 2.5 hours, they realized that they could not change my oil since they did not have filters for my truck(Dodge 1500 eco diesel). Another attendant suggested I go to the auto parts store and buy the part so they can continue working and I declined and I asked them to install my tires instead. After another 30-45 minutes, they came back in and told me they could not install my tires since they do not install anything over 18 inches and my truck had 20 inches. Nowhere on Walmart's web site, or store was there a mention. I also blame the lack of knowledge on the technicians who failed to realize they cannot install tires on trucks. Overall, this was the worst experience for an oil change and tire installation I have ever experienced. I DO NOT recommend or suggest anyone to use this facility.
