I purchased a car light bulb here a while back. The store had two cashier areas -one had an employee sitting in a chair and the other one was empty. So I went up to the employee to buy the bulb and he pointed over to the other cash register and said "you can buy it over there" . I said "there's no one over there". So then this lazy ass POS rings me up and I leave the store. I guess it's too much effort for this clown to take 15 seconds to sell me a light bulb. This fool's probably the store manager now hiding in the back room all day to avoid any work or responsibility. Good luck Napa corporation - you're going to need it. read more

I'm not sure who everyone else was helped by, but I entered looking for headlight bulbs and the guy who helped me quickly pushed me to try to buy 100$ lights. I can read the screen just fine. I saw other lights that matched my car model that were just 20-30$. He didn't even bother to read anything beyond the first option. The person wasn't even trying either, since I could even see that those 100$ lights were out of stock in the store! Seriously. It's like the guy assumed I couldn't read that simple screen they have there. read more

The best part is that if they don't have walk you're looking for, they'll order it for you and have it the early morning next day. 1 star less because they don't carry AMSOIL OIL. Everything is fine as long as you can find your own stuff. The trouble begins when you have to interact with the employees. For starters, the number dispenser is basically nothing more than a single ply toilet paper dispenser. Take a number and pretty much roll it up tight dispose of it as best you see fit. It is the law of the jungle in here, if you can scream louder and cut in line faster, then you are next, and this is where your troubles begin. Because the store is so poorly managed and there is no system as to how to take care of the next customer in line, you may end up being hustled and wrangled by an enterprising employee who is trying to collect as many customers as possible only to string them along. While other employees are happy enough to collect an hourly check, this guy "Frank" makes it a habit at calling next in line, despite the fact that he is allegedly already "helping" other customers, however, this system simply doesn't work.He will promptly ignore you without warning is the next client's request has a bigger ticket item than yours, at this point, you will be moved to the end of Frank's personal line and will have to wait until he is done with the next. You can't even move to another employee because he has you hostage in the system as being his client. So while I am pondering whether to bolt or stay and be treated like crap, another employee who notices the racket has the courage to call this dude out on his ruse. What followed was the expected reaction of someone who knows he is wrong but doesn't have the mental wherewithal to reason himself out of the situation. Naturally, all he can do is begin to scream at the top of his lungs in an abusive and threatening manner to the employee who rightfully commented about his lack of integrity. Under the passive watch of the manager whose name is allegedly John, this guy Frank continues to scream at this woman without regards to the customers or fellow employees. One would have to wonder.... would be so courageous if his victim was another man? Based on the situation, we can all draw our own conclusions here. Regardless, this kind of behavior, lack of service and embarrassing situations are simply not acceptable much less in front of paying customers. It seem as if somewhere, sometime, someone decided that mediocrity would be the acceptable standard in this store, and that goal has certainly been achieved. In conclusion, I ended up leaving the store without purchasing the item and opted to go to Walmart instead. It is a really sad day for your company when Walmart (Hellmart) becomes a better alternative than your store. read more

This is one of the best NAPA stores I've ever been too. It's also one of the biggest. Other NAPA stores have a very limited store front, but not here. They literally have isles of merchandise. And the staff?! The staff is extremely helpful too! I cant remember his name, but my boyfriend and I always go to the same young kid, and he always finds whats we need. He's even helped direct us to find other parts that NAPA doesnt sell. That's what I call GREAT customer service! If you need help with ANY auto/bike/motor items, make sure you visit them. I needed a new battery for my ancient Mitsubishi Lancer. They gave me the price range over the phone, and offered the same selection when I arrived at the store (other auto parts stores weren't consistent in this way; they tried to charge more than they quoted over the phone... buyer beware!) This Napa store was well stocked, clean, and social distancing markers were well placed. The clerk was helpful & pleasant and installed the new battery for me. Highly recommend! read more

After standing around for what seemed like eternity while employees walked back and forth paying no attention to the growing number of potential customers accumulating and really seeminly disinterested in engaging in commerce, I was finally helped. Whew! If you've read my other reviews, you know I'm cheap. Not like squeaky cheap or alligator arms cheap. I guess frugal is a better term. Anyway, I try to do most of the repairs on my car. Why pay somebody more than they're worth to do something I can do myself. When I lived in Islamorada, I frequented the NAPA in Key Largo because I knew the owner and he gave me good prices. Old habits die hard. Plus I can look up the part number online, go the store and the same online part number is the same as the one in the store. Works for me. Finally I get my part. In this particular instance it's the brake pads. Get home, wait a few hours for the brakes to cool. Jack car up. Break loose the lugnuts. Get the tire off. Look at the pads on the car. Scratch head. Look again. Scratch head again. Not the same ones. Oh boy. Put everything back together. Wash hands. Go online again and verify the part number. Yep. It's the right one. Back to the store. The line isn't as long this time and it looks like they called in some relief. My number's called and I explain to the guy wassup. I'm not anticipating a lot of help on this one. I know, don't project bad karma. I should know better. The counter dude reaches over and pulls out one of the big books. SLAM it goes down on the counter. Okay...now we're getting somewhere. I didn't know anybody still knew how those things worked with the advent of computers. After a few minutes digging through the book, he finds a reference to another part number for my car. He made the comment that sometimes the computer is wrong. A few minutes later I have the new part and it looks like they one that fits. "Thanks man. I appreciate your help" I said to the guy. Okay, this started out as a two but they picked up a couple stars for the guy I got when I returned. Probably should be a 3.5 because I think it's tougher to recover from a bad experience than it is to just do the right thing in the first place. But I'm feeling generous today. read more

There aren't many napa auto stores in the city so my first experience was out here at work and they have everything you need here. What I like the most about this napa is the people and how it's ran they have a system that works pull a number wait till your number is called and the person who helped me was always an older man and they always handle everything I needed with top shelf professional care. read more

Got no help at all . Went into the store at 8 in the morning. I truly saw six or seven people walking around who work for the store. Only one sales person. I've dealt with him before and he was always very nice. But he was talking to a police officer. I thought they were making an order but it turns out they were just friends and talking for a full 20 minutes no exaggeration on the time. Nobody offered to help me. I even asked the salesman if there's someone who could help me. He said he would be right with me. He never did . When I finally got tired and was walking out I saw the police officer walking out also. He had bought nothing he was just talking with the gentleman behind the counter. Very insulting read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Since you arrive to the store the nightmare begins... I took a number and I had to wait 30 min to be helped! Once I was able to talk to the salesmen and told him what I needed he let me know that the part needed to be ordered from Atlanta and since it took a long time to place the order I needed to step a side and wait for him to help the other customers... yep After 10 more mins I was finally helped yet again, the order took around 10 min to be placed on the computer. I was informed that since it was coming from Atlanta the shipping would be 25 bucks and that it would take 4 days for it to get there, the salesman even confirmed with the manager if the part would be there on Friday and he said yes. I agreed and paid up front. Friday came and I was there but the part was no where to be found and the salesman told me that it was not there and not to come again until they called me... they never called, but I did, 2 days later and after a 15 min wait I hung up and called again and the guy actually told me that was a really bad time for him, and to call later!!! So I went to the store again now 3 days have passed, and after ONE HOUR waiting they told me the part wasn't there yet! Well I asked to speak to the manager and 2 mins later the part magically appeared! Save your time and just go to another store! read more

Napa sells China parts, but to NAPA defense, the ones they do sell from China are good parts! To me I've found that Napa has the highest quality parts from any other auto store, and that is why I give Napa 5 stars read more
