I hired them to fix the curb rash on all four of my OEM Range Rover Sport wheels and caps. They said it would take a day which turned into a day in half. Not a big deal. Prior to picking up my vehicle they recommended over the phone to also get new caps. I couldn't remember the condition of my caps so I said yes let's clean the entirety of the wheels up. Within a few days of driving my car I noticed one of my new caps had turned completely silver. When I looked closer it read DODGE! I reached out immediately to Ubreakwheelfix and they said they could fix it. When discussing it in email their reason for this issue kept changing. When I arrived in person they said it had to be a Dodge cap because that wheel bore was too big and needed this creative strategy ‍. They tried to glue another cap on which fell off by the time I drove home. I started the email communication with them again. By now realized they had damaged the bore and that's why now the Range Rover caps won't fit anymore. They told me not to go to the dealership because they would recommend a new wheel. Because of my great relationship with North Dade Land Rover I stopped by to have them look at it. They laughed at me and said that Ubreakwheelfix damaged my bore and that I will now need a new wheel. Before writing this 1 star review I asked Ubreakwheelfix to please replace this damaged wheel and we can call it good. They responded very unprofessionally! I am now in the process of purchasing a new wheel. New wheel plus painting and mounting will run me another $1,000.00!

While searching for a team to transform my interior of my Maserati, I visited/interviewed many shops in Florida. The honest ones refused to submit a quote. By their own admission, the job I needed done was detailed and they did not feel "qualified" or "up to" the task. To be completely honest, some did not even know how to spell Maserati GranTurismo. I really thought I was at a dead end until I happened to find Bahamas Upholstery & Marine Canvas' website. When I was viewing their photo gallery, I was surprised to see photos of Maseratis. With nothing to lose, I gave them a call. Within minutes of speaking to William (the owner), I knew his company was going to do the job. He mentioned items about my car that only a seasoned craftsman with extensive Maserati knowledge would know. Since I lived 4 hours away from the shop, I sent him photos of my interior. Within a day he followed up with a phone call to iron out some details. He provided a realistic quote and a sincere commitment to my 100% satisfaction. Early the next week, I drove my car to his shop in Miami. While driving, I was concerned that once he saw the car, the price would increase. That was not the case. The transformation should have taken at least 8 weeks. William's entire team worked on the car day, night and weekends. The process lasted four weeks (one week sooner than originally quoted) William was in constant communication. Every few days I would get updated videos and phone calls. I would get text messages and videos as late as 10PM. It was truly a collaborative effort. It was a give and take of ideas with several important elements; my complete and total satisfaction and happiness. So today I picked up my GranTurismo and it was a jaw dropping moment. My Maserati has NEVER looked so great!!! I am sincerely indebted to William and his team who worked on my car at Bahamas Upholstery & Marine Canvas. Their attention to detail was amazing. Had MTS come and install new tires 2/10/23 in Miami on our fifth wheel. Seemed fine but I'm not a…read moremechanic. Broke down 3/12/23 in Locust Grove GA and tire fell off while driving!! Got it somewhere safe and had an amazing RV mobile mechanic come out. Turns out MTS Tore had absolutely screwed up! Three of the four brakes weren't even connected (thank god Florida is flat!) and the way the tires were installed caused them to ruin the brakes- rotors, shoes, pads everything. Was over $6,000 to get it all fixed. And then we broke down again less than 2 weeks later - turns out the brake issue weakened our leaf springs and that probably another $2,000 (still in repairs). Needless to say I'm suing MTS for repair costs (not to mention my whole family could have died or killed someone else on the road with a 15k pound 5th wheel with no brakes!!!). DO NOT USE MTS TIRE!!!!
