It's nice to have honest people in this business finally. He could've easily charged me an additional $450 to install the rotors also. Thank you so much guys for being honest. After the install, the brakes are perfect, no noise, no nothing which if you have one of these cars, you know new pads from anyone except the dealer will squeal and never be right but these guys did it perfect! By the way I use them for my tires and such also.

Normally…read moreat jiffy lube in any location I'm in and out in five minutes today specifically I don't know what was going on, but I was overlooked twice and waited for at least 30 to 45 minutes after they started to get the third car to skip me I had to put my window down and let them know that I've been sitting here and they finally took me serviced me and I left. I was just annoyed because I pay 100+ dollars for my oil change and the service wasn't top quality.

By far, the worst place I've been to for an oil change. I wanted to support a local business and…read moreit's turned into a nightmare. They advertised a 10 minute oil change. Typically, for these quick oil change locations, you wait in your car until they finish. I was asked to sit inside. After about 15 minutes, I was asked to step outside. She showed me my air filter and stated it was dirty and that I needed a new one. She also showed me a cup filled with dirty oil and stated that my engine was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I was quoted an additional price for both. I chose to change my air filter since it was evidently dirty and I understood that after needing an oil change, the oil comes out dirty regardless. I kindly declined. A day later, my car begins to smoke under the hood and I begin to smell electrical smoke inside of my car. I have it a couple of days, assuming that they had spilled some oil and it was burning off. After a week, my car continued to smoke and I continued to breathe in the combustible fumes inside of my car. I called the company and asked to have it checked out. I bring my car in and the same woman advises me that they're not at fault for the smoke and references a leak that I've had for a while because of the old oil that is visible. I advised her I already had a hose replaced a year ago and it took a week to repair. Instead of trying to solve the issue, she continued to avoid taking the blame for it and let me know that it could be fixed at their location in a few hours, for $1200! She also mentioned I could still drive it but would have to stop by their location once a month to check the oil levels. She also mentioned that it had nothing to do with the oil change because it was an exhaust issue. So now, instead of getting my oil changed and carrying on with my life until the next one, I have to figure out what damage they could have possibly done when I was sitting inside and didn't get to watch what they were doing to my car. Not to mention, when I stepped out to look at the air filter, I noticed a few things had been moved around under my hood. Extremely disappointed in their service and lack of ownership for the issue they caused. Not only do I have to continue to investigate what took place but I have to drive around with smoke coming out of my hood and through the AC vents, when I never had this issue until after I saw them.
