The pricing is spot on. No BS. These guys are on the ball. Eric had my tires in one day. I wanted brake pads as well. They did the tire install and brake pads in about an hour. The guy that did my brakes is a very good mechanic. Brakes are terrific. What a difference. The shop is very clean and well kept. Nothing bad to say. I will be going back for some more desperately needed work in a few weeks. five all the way

After several delays and poor communication, they finally did the job -- but soon after, I noticed a squeaking noise from the rear suspension. When I took the car back, they admitted they had missed installing some rubber components. I paid for the missing parts and waited again, only to find out later that those parts were never installed. The manager told me the parts didn't fit and that the mechanics had replaced them with "rubber spacers" without asking me. That's dishonest and unprofessional. I spent over $3,500 and lost several weekends due to their mistakes. They refused to take full responsibility or refund me for the parts I paid for. I do not recommend this shop at all. They lack honesty, communication, and professionalism. Do your research and take your car somewhere else.

Price seems average, but the guys there try their best to get you out of there fast- well, there literally is no parking so the sooner they move you the better - lol- you'll see if you go to their place! Additionally I had installed aftermarket wheels and tires over a year now and after multiple visits to the dealership and tire shops, no one could ever fully resolve the tire vibrations and alignment. I heard about Champion on American Truck website and looked into their services. I decided to book an appointment and spoke to Jonathan and told him about the issues I was having. He's very knowledgeable and had very honest feedback on what I have been experiencing with my current build. I'm happy to report after they worked on my truck, it has never drove so smoothly after installing aftermarket wheels/tires and lift kit. The noise that I've been hearing on my front end is virtually gone. They have earned my trust and business, I'll be looking forward to doing more work with them in the near future. Thank you Jonathan for your help, I highly recommend going to Champion for any lift installs or simple alignments and balancing.

I showed them the picture and he also wanted to look under the hood. I take that he didn't believe me. I let him know I could work on my vehicle myself I just didn't have the park for the electric braking system. From that point you should have known that I was going to check it.
