Today, I was able to get some work done while my car was being serviced -- I needed to fix three tires. The only downside this time was that they only had the option for new tires and not used, which was a bit of a financial inconvenience. This was fine because not only was it my Navy Federal ATM .. I was also able to grab a drink. I was quoted 1.5 hours but it only took about an hour which wasn't bad considering it was mid day and no appointment and they looked very busy. There is plenty of space in the a/c waiting area with TVs and I noticed lots of police vehicles getting service there. My only recommendations would be to get an ATM in there facility and maybe a vending machine and courtesy coffee? I will be coming back here for all my vehicle needs. Oh and while I was standing there I heard the mechanic tell someone they didn't need an expensive service. They'll need it but not for a while. So that shows me they are honest people. I ask the manager an he said it was a complete 4 wheel alignment. When the service was done I ask for the print out of the result for the 4 wheel alignment. The manager said the printer was broken so I ask for proof that it was done properly so he took me inside the shop so I can take a picture of the result in the computer. I found out the Alignment was Not Done. The alignment takes 3 types of Alignment Toe,Camber and Caster. He only fixes the ( Toe ) So I ask him why if you said it was a full alignment. He said they don't touch the oder alignment. They are selling falls information to the Public on the service that they are rendoring to the customer. I called Tire Kingdom Headquarters to file a complaint and the manager called me back that he would it for free. I can imagine how many people are getting scam by their fall service.
