I contacted Ray on a Sunday via Yelp and to my surprise, he replied within the hour and we made a plan to touch base on Monday. I told him what I needed, sent photos of the space, and he offered to have one of his team (David) come out to do the job that same week on Thursday! I couldn't believe the turn around. He offered a fair and very reasonable price for the entire job. Ray and David were prompt at the time they said they'd arrive. Ray pointed out yellowing in one of the bathroom ceilings and since I had the ceiling paint in the condo already, he offered to add this to the job without extra charge. David brought one other team member with him and they were exceptional. Very professional, super friendly, and clearly took significant pride in their work. David checked in with us periodically to make sure that everything was exactly to our specifications. He was even done an hour early! Ray came back at the end to make sure everything was good to go. We are disappointed Mario Guerlin the owner did not keep us posted about our project and schedule. After a number of calls and emails he said our garage refinishing project would not be done until the first week in September. This time has past and once again we have not heard from him.Since he still has not started the project, we find it necessary to give him one star. Maybe this posting will motivate Mario??

Both my bathroom and kitchen ceilings were looking pretty bad with damage associated with normal…read moresteam and condensation over the years. My patching ability isn't the best so I wanted to price out what it would cost to hire a professional. I ended up going with Gary. He was fair priced and did an outstanding job. Not only did he patch, repair and paint both ceilings but he also touched up the trim pieces around the ceiling and cleaned the light fixtures, so they looked like new with the fresh paint. I was also surprised that he provided the receipts on the supplies needed so I only paid exactly what they cost. I just assumed contract work makes a bit of profit on supplies, but this was not the case and the total estimate of the job including supplies was almost spot on. The final total was $10 more which was in the supply cost. He kept me well informed and cleaned up after himself. I felt that he treated my home with respect and now my ceilings look brand new and professionally done.
