I came in to look for gorgeous wrapping for a Mother's Day present and Maribel helped me all around the store and was so patient with me. She really went above and beyond and I'll come back for special gift wrapping moving forward! They have such beautiful options! I found this business as usual by searching on yelp. I was looking for a particular envelope to mail graduation invitations. I stopped @ 3 different office stores, but no luck finding the size & quality I needed.When I checked Yelp, this store was close, so I stopped in. Their selection was great! The people who work here are delightful! They helped me with everything plus gave me suggestions, which I appreciated. Plus there were so many things I liked that I ended up purchasing way more than I intended. The wrapping paper itself was very high quality and cut smoothly. Even the self adhering gift tags were a surprise. I also bought some Thanksgiving table decorations and some Christmas decorations. It's a great store manned by nice people. I like Paper Source products, but this location has no customer service. I was the only customer in the store. The 2 employees ignored me, even when I stood right in front of them at the checkout counter. They looked right at me and never uttered a word. I think a store where a piece of paper costs $10+ should find employees who can at least manage a smile and a greeting. read more

Came here to do a happy return. The clerk on duty watched me walk in and walk past her and said nothing. Not "Hi...Welcome In...Can I help you". I stood at the register for about 30 seconds and thought we'll maybe she doesn't work here when she finally acknowledge me by saying "Happy Return?" I don't care about her lack of manners, but at least acknowledge me when I walk in the store! read more

I ordered my wedding invitation from Paper Source in City Center. They have many beautiful designs and great selection to choose from! What sets this store aside from other wedding invitation places I've visit is the staff. I cannot say enough good words about every single one of them. So so informative and nice!!! Let's just say I'm not the most knowledgeable and decisive person when it comes to anything to do with stationary and such. I've visit this store several times before finally deciding on the design I want. Not even once did I feel they tried to rush me or showed any sign of impatience. On the night I went in to finalize wording and format etc, I was there for more than four hours. Virginia and another guy (ah I forgot his name) even stayed late, past the store operation hours to make sure we got everything done so that they can fax in the order on same night to get the process started! I love coming here. I love looking at all of the crafty things. The employees are fabulous. I came to look for a gold stamp pad. They have 4-5 different golds. How do I chose!? I asked an employee for help and he stamped each gold pad for me so I could see the color differences. Super helpful. Thanks to that I chose a different stamp pad than the one I originally thought was the one I wanted. Turns out that one wasn't the right gold tone. Phew, that was a close one! (Wedding invitations are serious business.) In addition to crafty things, they sell pre-made greeting cards (e.g. the Papyrus brand ones) and interesting gifts. I found a funny book for my friend entitled "Reasons My Kid is Crying". Hilarious. Parking: let's hope you are lucky and find a spot out front. Otherwise, it's valet or a trek to the garage. Can be painful if you're not looking to spend a lot of time in City Centre. -Wedding/Invitations Info- I wanted to DIY some things on my wedding save-the-dates and invitations. I took the wedding invitation class here and I got lots of great ideas. (Embossing is awesome!) Each person in the class got a little invitation kit of materials to experiment with- including envelopes, enclosures, etc. We got a 10% off coupon to buy all of the new things we discovered. They offer various classes all the time- not just wedding ones. They have a large selection of different sized paper and envelopes. If you want to print out your own cards or invitations, you can buy pre-cut cardstock here. Everything is organized by color which makes it easy to find things. I also like their selection of fine papers. I bought one large sheet to use for some envelope liners. If you are not the DIY kind of person. They have a nice wedding invitation suite. I think it may be a little pricey though. read more

Followed my wife in here so she could prepare baby shower favors for my brother & his wife. Plethora of stamps for nearly every event or party, and the colors of ink to match it perfectly. You can even add fairy glitter to your crafty designs! Staff members can cut, adjust or modify your ideas for you should you require them to. Always pleasant and so much to choose from. I can really fall in love with this place from the nice comfy set up to the great lighting and shabby chic selections for gifts and unique gift wrapping paper. If only there was more attention paid to detail I would not have to find myself paying for items that somehow did not make it into my shopping bag but were charged. What a cute little store. Do not judge by its size. It's surely small but carries a lot of amazing stuff inside. I was amazed of those products that i did not think would exist in real life. I'm falling in love with the store. Of course it's not limited to paper product only. You can find mug, socks, towel, pens, decors, blah blah. Did I forget to mention that it has many cat associated products? Cat notebook. Cat pen. Cat calendar. Cat socks. You name it. Ordered my wedding invitations there and they had so many to choose from plus a nice spacious sitting table which made it so much easier to go through the large books. The staff was super friendly and always checking on my mom and I to see if we had any questions. They helped me through the entire process from deciding which ones I liked, writing quotes out so I could price compare, helping with word etiquette on the invitations and helped with the proofing process. The invitations turned out really really well, I absolutely love them and was more than pleased with the help from the staff. They definitely made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and were just fantastic!! read more

Asked if they could make table tents and was told that I needed to have the image dimensions as well as it flipped. I'm not a graphic designer that's what I thought I hired them for. I used to be crafty. But now with career and family, I just need someone else to be do the heavy lifting. I love this place. They have the best, most unique, greeting card selection. I also know I can always get a last minute, personal, gift for anyone on my list. I do still enjoy wrapping and giving beautiful packages. No matter the occasion (baby showers to military retirements) they have high quality papers and accessories to match. I never leave paper source empty handed. Macy and Ty were so informative and helpful. We are making invitations ourselves because we didn't want to order them online. My mom and I walked in with what we thought was a great idea and they brought it to life! We took a moment to look through their professionally printed card and invitation books and OMG, so beautiful!!
