Not sure how they fare during the week but we had a great Saturday brunch and will definitely come back. They have a great menu, perhaps with too many options. I went into full FOMO mode and took me a while to decide between the big breakfast, Monte Cristo, waffles, tiny dancer, etc. Ended up going for the truffled eggs and they didn't disappoint. The plating wasn't as flash as the menu but the food and little marionette coffee are good.

One word. Overrated... Sounds cool, looks cool, but leave your expectations at the door as this cafe is all show & no go. It's not as great as its hyped up to be, however the two stars are for effort & service which deserves something in my books as the overall experience should be taken into account. The first disappointment was the teeny tiny coffee cups, I don't normally drink an entire standard cup but this was underwhelming. My French toast did look aesthetically appetising but it was pretty standard, flavours were just not there. My brunch date's salmon Benny was also underwhelming but with the shortage of cool brunch hot spots in the area I guess beggars can't be choosers.

This is one of my families fave cafe spots in Parramatta. We come here at least once a week During the weekdays the place is quietly busy - people are always eating here and sometimes it can get really really busy! So we try to avoid coming here during peak times - Saturday and Sunday mornings 9-1pm They don't take reservations and we've had to wait out front for a table to free up a few times. Our order is always the same - The jalapeño popper - juicy steak burger that comes with melty cheese, jalapeños lettuce tomato and a sweet soft bun. Served with fries - sometimes French and sometimes thick cut. The waffles are always on pointThey come with bacon and maple syrup and lots of berries.. and Their coffee is by The Little Marionette - so it's always good. The Staff are always friendly and happy natured too.

Sadly the coffee here is not that great. If you are looking for a good cup I would go to Circa, or one of the other great cafés in the area. It is extremely weak and under brewed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but we second coffee was exactly the same. If this review was just about the coffee I would give it 3 stars, but it worth coming here for the food. The food here is good, very simple and homey. This is a really nice place to grab some breakfast. The atmosphere is extremely hipster but it works for them. Also the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. So don't come for the coffee but come for the food.

Several warm hellos as I wander in. That's always a good start. OMGoodness the French Toast sounds soooo good, but I'll need to walk from home to justify something that sounds so decadent. I've ordered the Truffled Eggs which comes with mushrooms and tomato. And I've opted for the juice of the day which is watermelon. Everything tastes good & the staff were happy & friendly. Looking forward to trying something from the lunch menu sometime soon.

Impressive looking menu, and little 'waiting line' to match on a Saturday morning. We were eager to be seated as the smell from the kitchen hit our noses and the dishes were served to the happy looking customers. It was about a 30 min wait before our well presented dishes arrived - smashed avo with poached egg, and the midnight Cuban. The smashed avo was quite light and refreshing (a portion for a mildly hungry person) and the Cuban was monstrous. Can't go wrong with pulled pork, but the mayo and BBQ sauce was a little over bearing. The place seated about 40 odd, with sliding French doors to the open sunny atmosphere. Music thickened the atmosphere without being too loud. Staff were friendly and authentic and whilst we hung around for tea, we never felt rushed. Overall great experience, just choose the dish that suits your taste buds rather than your eyes.

Finally went and tried this cafe after so much about it. It's a cute spot! Had a great filling breakfast - vegetarian breakfast. It was nice but only wish there was more bread because it was like there were more toppings any no bread since it was so thin. I'd go back again :)

It seems the new generation of cafes popping up around Sydney are run by funky youngings. The decor reflects that casual cool look & they're serious about their coffee. This is one of them! Young friendly & accommodating staff. My strong Capp was great. We had the chorizo dish & burger with the lot, both were good. The pulled pork sliders sauce was too sweet & the chicken sliders was lacking on the chicken. We saw others order the breakfast platter & they look big. Overall would come back, especially for the coffee, food was good, some average, good vibe.

Decided to visit this place with one of my friends after seeing so many awesome photos on instagram, food was delicious and staff were also very friendly! Would definitely return

Went for lunch and waited just over half an hour for a table for 3. We all ordered sandwiches which were delicious. The wait was well worth it. Great little place in Parramatta.

Parking is metered at this end of Parramatta but you can park a little further away and walk. The restaurant faces a courtyard and is next to another similar restaurant; healthy competition? Our waitress was on the ball. Whilst we were four adults on a voucher, we had two children in tow. She was mindful that a baby cino might need more than one marshmallow..we ended up with four. She was clear on what was and what wasn't included in the voucher and double checked on how we wanted our eggs & toast. As for the food....very good and generous portions. We did add to the meal with iced coffee and other drinks. The coffee was very good. The restaurant has seating inside and outside. It is quite open and there is plenty of room to park a stroller. There is also a bar that serves beer and wine. As it was breakfast we gave that a miss this time.

I had a granola bowl with some delicious mango concoction and coconut yogurt with lots of fresh fruit and house made granola. The coffee was good as well. And I got to sit outside. The barista and who I believe might have been a manager were both extremely friendly and accommodating to this weary traveler. The coffee was okay which is why I didn't go back (and only reason for 4 stars instead of 5) but I can say it was good just not great. That said, I loved the vibe of this quaint lil' spot. The food did look good. I was just to tired to order any. Lol.

Now, I know what you are going to say- they are just the finished- the actual maple waffles were there and it was pretty- but that does not make it ok! If the restaurant does not have the ingredients for a dish and said ingredients ARE ON THE MENU DESCRIPTION- don't freakin serve it until you have verified with the customer that the substitutions are acceptable- give them a chance to pick something else or go ahead with the order. Then - don't charge them full price of $16 with not so much as an I'm sorry. Super adorable place- instagrammable for sure- if only the dish was as advertised.

It's really cute here and very bright. it reminded me of a really adorable cafe in the streets of europe. RED VELVET LATTE I didn't like this latte. It was way too sweet. The consistency was a nice thickness and I could taste the red velvet, but it was very rich. MORNING GLORY- mango, peach, and passionfruit I really liked this refreshing drink. It's definitely something to order on a warm day. The fruit flavors were very good and sweet. This could perhaps be a mimosa in the making. THE FRENCHY- vanilla mascarpone, maple, berries, caramelised banana, mochi rice cake This dish was very sweet. It was a mistake ordering this because everything on the plate was sweet. I did like the french toast. It had a good thick texture on the edges, but still soft and moist in the center. The fresh fruits helped to balance out some of the sweetness of the dish, but unfortunately there was not enough fruits. The maple was too sweet and the caramelised banana was also very rich with the mascarpone. Most likely we won't be ordering this in the future. ARIGATO WAFFLES- furikake chicken waffles, cheddar, crispy bacon, and miso hollandaise This was my favorite dish of the meal. It was absolutely perfect. I'm giving this place an extra star because of this dish. The waffles were perfect. It was crisp and so light. The chicken was also very crispy and moist. The miso hollandaise sauce really tied everything together and added a sweet and savory factor. The bacon was not as crisp as I would've liked. I would've preferred the fattier bacon for texture purposes and also because it's more flavorful. Overall, it was the perfect dish for my palate. I will come back solely for the arigato waffles. It was so good. Other than that, everything else was ehh~ Service was not great. It took the girls forever to get our orders. The decor is definitely something to come for.
