A complete and utter waste of money. She didn't show to meetings she scheduled, was disorganized and consistently unprepared, and was unable to source vendors/negotiate contracts. We are not the only ones to have a negative experience and she has been blocking and deleted reviews from public sites to not impact her business. As someone who works a full-time demanding job, I hired a planner to relieve the stress and help build a vision and help bring that to life. My biggest mistake was not firing Elle early in the process and finding a new planner once she proved unable to execute and unprofessional. Her communication with other vendors was unprofessional and she went as far as to delete the Google business page to prevent me from providing a review. She made errors on our contracts, had poor communication with vendors and was beyond disorganized up to and including our wedding. Learn from our mistakes and DO NOT HIRE!
