While I am sure that they build the meal to the budget and event type, each day has brought a delicious hot entree (for example, today was a fantastic vegetarian spinach and cheese pasta roll), a salad (the watermelon and arugula salad was pretty darn tasty), sometimes a side (if you have the cornbread, you MUST use the flavored butter spread), and always a great dessert (homemade chocolate chip cookies with crumbled bacon....need I say more?). Angela (on of the partners) and her team have been really attentive, including remembering the drink selections of those of us on the interview committee and bringing them out to us when we arrive. And they have been respectful of the meeting environment, including quickly and unobtrusively clearing things away while we meet with the candidates (or, today, silently serving individual warm bread puddings right after lunch was cleared). And the set-up of the serving platters and drinks is top notch. One of the things that they specialize in, and like to do, is catered parties in peoples homes. The (incredibly delicious) food was prepared and arranged beautifully right on time, and they were flexible to bring everything out as we needed it. After weeks of not hearing back, I emailed her again to let her know that our relationship was terminated. I thought that was the end of it. The week of the event, she resurfaced like nothing had happened. After I reminded her that our relationship was terminated, she started calling, texting, and emailing me with alarming language and frequency, and she continued despite law enforcement intervention. The contact became erratic enough that law enforcement recommended I have an off duty officer at the event. While the event was awesome, dealing with this woman was unnecessary stress in what should have been a blissful time.

The contract was provided, and eventually, the unlettered buffoon (those Ks are really irritating) that runs this puling excuse for a business admitted that yes, they were supposed to be there. But they weren't coming, not even late, because they were at another event. This colossal failure of a company had the bride sobbing as her special day was completely ruined. The deposit was eventually refunded and a "make up" day offered...but how do you make up a once in a lifetime event? You don't. You can't. So if you're considering using Klassic Katering for your event, and if their "quirky" use of the letter K doesn't put you off (something the South generally tries to steer away from these days), hopefully this review will help steer you towards a reputable business that will actually show up and provide the services they were paid for. Thank you, Klassic Katering. Absolutely bang up job you did there. I hope you enjoyed your interest fee loan by sitting on the deposit for five months with no intention of showing up. Dozens of people traveled for hours, just to see your incompetent bungling destroy my niece's wedding. Do not use this "business".
