The gentleman who ran the service technicians was very friendly, professional and thorough. He had a trainee. He patiently worked with the gentleman to make sure things were done right. He double checked his work and did some professional hands on training. The tire pressure guy was helpfully when I put a couple questions by him. The shop manager came over to make sure things went well before I departed. She wanted me to do a Google review...why would I do that when we have Yelp? lol The team didn't try to up sell me on anything. They didn't push things that didn't need repaired.
