Ramen perfection in Copenhagen - Miso Ramen (no egg, corn) - yumm!

From the first bite to the last, Ramen perfection in Copenhagen. We had three different ramen soups (Miso, Wantan and Tantan) and they were all so flavorful. Tender meats, gorgeous bowls, perfect noodles and rich broth. So, so delicious. I will be dreaming about this place! Edamame nicely seasoned. Highly recommend if you're in town. Wonderful atmosphere with music and wood tables. Outside area too. Great experience.

We went to Ferment and had a VERY bad experience, so we chose to go to Papa Ramen which we had passed earlier on the day. Much better! The baos with pork belly were tasty with a nice, sweet sauce, peanuts, perfectly cooked meat and soft buns. The ramen was really good too! The broth was tasty and not too salty, the meat was soft, and everything went well together. Ps. Thank you for having sesame on the tables. It's bomb!

Amazing amazing ramen in Copenhagen!! Everything about the meal was amazing - the noodles were perfectly cooked, the egg was to die for, and the broth was unbelievably flavorful. I basically didn't want to start eating because I knew I'd be sad when it was over. Very cute shop but limited seating, so service might be a little slow at times because it seems to be a one-man shop! Highly recommend for a cold day pick me up.

Amazing ramen which was perfect for cold rainy weather. Had best ramen with sake and had friendly staffs. Recommend fried cauliflower!

After reading the reviews on Google, this restaurant appeared to be an affordable restaurant with…read moregreat portion sizes and great food. Although the reviews were not completely wrong, they did unfortunately raise my expectations a little high. Although the portions might've been a little larger than what I have been used to in Europe, they unfortunately were not as large as I had hoped. I ordered the "tonkotsu chorizo", which I liked. I had not had ramen for a few months before this, and this was a great place to satiate my craving for it. It was very flavorful, and everything in the bowl combined very well. Although it was labeled as moderately spicy, it was not. I'd probably categorize it as barely spicy, as it was insufficient to give me any spice symptoms. However, for the person who doesn't eat a lot of spicy food, it will be enough to maybe make your nose run a little. But overall, it was pretty nice. However, the service was a little sad, but that does have an excuse. My waitress had to run the entire restaurant by herself, so she had to balance cooking my meal and pickup orders, serving, and cleaning. So, I'm not very bothered by that. All in all, great place to get some ramen if you're feeling for it.

Its a cute and simple Asian/Ramen hangout with in and outdoor bench seating. Got the shoyu chicken…read moreramen with the chefs 2 side special combo. The sides were the seaweed salad, yummm and mochiko chix bites with lemon wedge. The shoyu ramen had a pleasant sauce that was not overpowered by one spice, sauce or garlic. It contained egg, wakame, bamboo shoots, alfalfa sprouts, green onions, grilled chix and a soft thick, almost beige noodle. Chewy but held its flavor. Fellow diners requested spicy dishes and sauces. There are also snacks/appetizers like homemade dumplings and soybeans. They serve beer and sake.

Ramen bowls were overly salty, and chicken karaage was hard like a rock that we couldn't eat. Definitely not authentic and extremely overpriced. Our server was great, but we had to wait for a while for our orders to come. Such a disappointing experience!!!

She tried to put some lemon in it but some sugar prob would have worked. The ramen I had was excellent. Though a little too salty. All the ingredients were very tasty. For me, this is like 3 meals in one sitting., I ate as much as I could, but I asked the waitress if I could have a container to bring the rest home. I wouldn't think this should be a problem to take your leftover food that you paid for with you, and open up a seat for someone in queue waiting to come in to get a meal. She said she had to ask the chef if I can take a container, and then she asked the chef right in front of me. He looked right at me blankly, and told her no after looking at me. I have to say that was not very nice service. To look right at my face and decide that I'm not to bring my leftovers with me., and just waste all of it. While I can see a stack of leftover containers in the kitchen right from my seat. That was just a shame because more than half of my food was left over. I have a small stomach and I can't eat all this one sitting! Wish I could! I thought I would just eat the rest of it later in the evening. But the chef said no container for you. I tried to eat a little more of it but had to leave a lot of it behind. How wasteful! That really bummed me out when he said no, as I tried to force a few more bites. I wanted to thank him for the meal because it was so delicious, but I was so irritated at that point every time I look at him. To me that was a big strike even if your food is good. I don't think I would go back there again. The waitress was friendly though. I do understand why you don't allow takeout since the art of the bowl would be compromised while walking or biking, I do think when someone has more than half of their food left over you could be gracious to give them a container to put it in. So that was really wasteful and I don't think I would come back here again but if you're very hungry and you can eat a lot of food get there early so you can get a seat otherwise it's a 40 minute wait outside in line on the street, and a very small location with no bathroom. The food was very good. The chef's rude temperment and the leftover container policy needs work.
