Customer service all around was about 1.8 stars. The food makes up for the rest though. I'd come here again for the food only. No one was rude but just kind of existing in the restaurant.

While the staff was very friendly, courteous, super helpful and overall service was great, we were very disappointed in the pizza. I've had better frozen pizzas for sure. Thought it would be better leftover and nope was even worse. I would not recommend as a great pizza place. Maybe a good place to stop and hang out for a bit for a driving break and for good ambience in the outside seating or even inside. But you need to temper your expectations on the pizza. We won't be placing any future orders with this store. The staff should be disciplined and retrained. By the way Talking to families at the event, they all said that Silverton Dominos is "the worst" and to avoid it. If you are the owner of this franchise, you are losing business, and if you are the Franchiser this business is damaging your reputation.

We left to go get food and while we were out I received a call from my brother stating that the pizza had arrived. The owner made the pizza, delivered it to us and proceeded to refund us for the order as well. In my opinion that is going out of your way to make it right, it was unnecessary for him to drive the pizza to us himself and then not charge us for it. Building: The location is at a busy intersection in Woodburn. Getting into the parking lot can be hard, same as getting out. The building doesn't look that great from the outside. Bright signs and colorful paint cover the building. There is a drive up window for your convenience. The parking lot is gravel or more like hard dirt with some roads cover over it. The inside is brand new. The lobby is big and the menu is easy to read. The whole place was clean and seemed like they just opened.
