This papa Murphy's had very bad customer service when I called to place an order. The guy who worked Sunday night Oct 25th around 7:30pm rushed me as I was trying to place a order, he did not end the phone call properly as well. He never said "thank you" just hung up in my face!! Then, when I cooked my pizza the crust was BURNT because there was WAYYYY too much oil on it. The bottom of the pan was full of oil as well. This place is trash and I don't think I will ever return! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE PEOPLE!

First time ever ordering a pizza from papa murphys. I was really surprised at how good the pizza tastes. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni, olive and Parmesan pizza. Just followed the instructions and bam. I showed up at 1250pm and I set to pick it up time at 1245pm. I came in and it was ready to go. The online ordering process was easy also. I'll definitely come back again.

Terrible service tonight, one other customer in the shop and it took 15 minutes to make one pizza. Then old crusty dough was used for my pizza.

I don't have any pictures of the actual location.

This place has always been consistently good and the staff has been very friendly every time I've been there. Would recommend to a friend....a friend that likes take'n'bake pizza.

DOWNSIDE OF TAKE 'N' BAKE The downside of "take 'n' bake" is that you don't get a restaurant experience, you don't get the convenience of food delivered to your door, or a ready-to-eat pizza as you would with traditional takeout, and you don't get the discount price of a supermarket frozen pizza. SO WHAT DO YOU GET? The uncooked pizza comes wrapped in plastic with easy-to-follow directions. It's actually pretty good, although nothing too special. Papa Murphy's website proclaims a "take 'n' bake revolution!" To their credit, it is made fresh, is cheaper than delivery and better than frozen pizza, and has a good selection of toppings. THIS LOCATION Easy parking. Clean inside. Nice and efficient staff. You can call in, but it only takes a couple of minutes to place the order there and wait. It's not like they have to cook the pizza! OTHER -Carnivore Tip: they're featuring "bacon, bacon, bacon" pizza right now. -Veg Tip: pick up mock pepperonis at Nugget and add them before baking. -The calorie count is funny because they report that the pizza only has about 120 calories. The fine print notes that this is for 1/12 of the pizza. -They feature thin crust and extra thin crust. -Joe K. recommends cooking on a preheated pizza stone. OVERALL Try it sometime as a 1/2 priced alternative to Round Table, and decide if you want to join the "take 'n' bake" revolution.

I get the feeling that it's family owned and operated which gives it that awesome "mom and pop" feeling that seems to be disappearing in West Sac.

Pablo on the phone was incredibly friendly -- like, too good at his job -- which may or may not have influenced my ordering decisions. I started out with a simple extra-large pizza, then suddenly found myself adding garlic bread like I was preparing for an important life event. No regrets. Customer service? Absolutely top-tier. Fast, polite, and dangerously persuasive in the best way. Overall rating: Omega level funny, highly efficient ordering experience, and I will definitely be back (possibly for "research purposes" and definitely for more garlic bread).

Even when my fiancé suggests ordering from a closer location, I always prefer to make the drive to this little gem because the taste and quality are just that good. Their service is solid, and I've always felt a sense of pride when they're giving us our pizza. They may forget to ask if we need anything else before we pay, so have that in mind if you're going to order extras, like they yummy ranch or jalapeño, as they do charge for those. Btw, the jalapeños used to be our fave but they may have changed brands, as they're not as delicious as they used to be. The location is in a small spot, so there's no dining in, and parking is tight, but worth it every time. While some reviews mention parking being a bit shady near the liquor store, I've never had any issues and always felt safe picking up my pizza. Of course, we always want to be aware of our surroundings no matter where we're at. I highly recommend Roman's for anyone looking for reliable and delicious pizza! Whatever your choice is, it doesn't disappoint. And don't forget their cheese bread and wings! Delicious.

Number One Spot For Vegan Pizza!…read more SITREP On our way back to my place after a successful haul at the Saturday Midtown Farmer's Market and we come across this spot. We were hungry. We LOVE pizza! What's not to try? THE SETUP What is novel about their business plan is that they cater to BOTH vegans and carnivores! Often you get into a spot and you discover that the restaurant has no viable vegan options, OR it's a vegan spot that has no options outside that. PIZZASAURUS REX.... ...welcomes ALL! We wanted to try their Vegan Pepperoni Pizza - with both vegan mozzarella and vegan pepperoni (all plant-based) - generous portions of all the ingredients including the sweet basil! INCIDENTALS If you enjoy walking, getting there on foot is a better option considering all the parking is on the street. If you live in Midtown hood, you don't have to worry about it! THE LOWDOWN The pizza is delicious and reasonably priced considering the size of the rectangle-shaped pie!

Nice They have seating outside in front on the sidewalk. Also some outside dinning in the back of the place. You order first from the counter and then find a place to sit down and eat. They have a water station near the counter. Also the bathroom in to the right of the counter. The lady at the register was very friendly and explained the special by the slice pizza. Also you can order a pizza half one topping and the other another topping which was what we went with. We got the regular combo and the vegetarian the other half. I got a table at the top in the back. The table was a little dirty and had not been wiped down. Had to do it ourselves. The manager was across from us but didn't say anything along with another worker. Oh well. It wasn't very busy inside. They had a couple of people on the outside tables and two tables taken inside. Pretty empty otherwise. The lady told us that it would be 22 minutes for our pizza to be ready. I think we got it in 20. These are not the traditional round type. They are square and a good size to. It was 44 bucks for this pizza since we had water to drink. They crust was the best part. Nice an crispy. The vegetarian was not bad. I Liked it . The Combo was just adding salami and pepperoni. It was alright. I liked the veggi better. A lot of my wife's friends said they really liked this place. I thought it was nice but the drive from Elk Grove was a bit for this pizza. Which I thought was just ok. At least we tried it. Not bad. If I was in the area then yes.

Fun West Sac hangout place!!…read more Parking: moderately difficult (metered, popular area) Ambience: 10/10: live music, outdoor under the open sky, super relaxing. Great crowd and overall flow. Entry: there's a line for ID check and wristbands, but it moves quickly. Restrooms: clean, 5 stalls per gender with plenty of sinks. No line when I went. Seating: mostly outdoor. Options include long canopy tables (fits: 6-8 people) or fireplace seating (extra $10). The building itself has really interesting architecture: loved it. There's also a small indoor area called "The Wing" with a nice bar and fun photo props. Service: ordering is done via QR code at your table and paid upfront. Food comes out fast (5-10 minutes). One hiccup: they dropped another table's pizzas at ours without confirming, and sauces cost extra, even basic ones like hot sauce have to be ordered online. Food & drinks: burgers, pizza, wings, fries. Drinks: beers and ciders. Highly recommend the lavender lemonade. Overall: great spot for casual hangouts with friends: definitely a fun place to bring guests.

Yep, we got our pizzas about an hour after ordering and our drinks never came! So my husband stood in a 20 minute line to finally ask about our drinks and was told they forgot it. We each had a pizza and 2 drinks each for which I gave 20% tip once the order went in. Now we are drinking our drinks with cold pizza that is just average.

Everyone was super friendly and laid back. You can order at the tap or grab a seat and order via QR, which is awesome. Plenty of seating, spacious, good vibes, and they had Premier League on their massive TV. Beer was superb, kind of hard to review because I just love beer, man. We started with the shishito peppers, which were great and came with a really memorable miso aioli that was very addictive with a hint of lemon. We also got the "Fun Guy" pizza to share and made the mistake of removing the goat cheese, which I think hurt it. The crust was excellent and the toppings were fresh, but it felt like it was missing that salty, funky balance the goat cheese would've added. Still very good, but that one's on me. I'd definitely get it as intended next time. One of my favorite breweries, especially with so many having closed over the past few years. Cheers to them.
