We decided to give it a try, and we definitely do not regret it! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away and everyone was super friendly. They took the time to go over the menu with us, which we really appreciated since it was our first time there. We ordered two personal Chicago deep-dish pizzas -- he got the All Meat and I got the Combination. Both were absolutely phenomenal! Everything had so much flavor, the crust was PERFECT, and the cheese was CHEESING. Seriously, every bite was delicious! The location itself was a little smaller than I expected, so if you're planning to dine in, just keep that in mind. There are no restrooms and they have bottled sodas rather than a fountain, but honestly, neither bothered us at all. We were there for the pizza, and it did NOT disappoint! Between the friendly service and the amazing pizza, we're so glad we came across this place. Definitely some of the best pizza we've had in a while, and we'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Fresno!

This business has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I've been there twice and each time was great. The staff is very friendly. I ordered my pizza without cheese and the nice woman who was helping me asked if I have an allergy. I explained that I'm vegan and she was very accommodating. She even changed her gloves and told me to ask for them to do so every time I come in. This goes well beyond my usually expectations and is greatly appreciated. The place is always very clean and orderly which is also very important to me. They definitely take pride in their business and treat their customers very well. I will definitely go back and encourage you to go there too. The original crust is vegan and so is the sauce. I usually get it with some veggies (spinach and olives) and then add some daiya mozzarella (vegan cheese) on top and bake it. it's great! read more

Who doesn't like papa Murphy's? I walk in and see them all laughing which immediately makes my ass feel welcome. I end up getting a Chicago deep dish that I watch them make in front of me while the pizza dude dances. The smell in here is very fresh and the preparation area is spot clean. The music was gay but that's ok so am I. When I got home I forgot to ask how to cook it only to turn the top paper over and see the directions.. well played papa john.. Your pizza was orgasmic. The last two times however there was something wrong going on. i always ask them to go very low on their olive oil but when we bake the pizza and eat it the oil is dripping from each slice and although i love their pizza, I feel very sick .My most favorite pizza from them are Mediterranean Herb n Cheese, and veggie. read more

I do recall getting the free cheese pizza in the past as we have come often. I know they have deals everyday now, but I honestly don't keep up with what every day has. Any way, when the cashier came out to hand me my pizza, I mentioned the sign. She just said "oh I forgot to bring the sign in this morning as I was busy". Okay...so today is Saturday. If the deal was for another day do you mean she left the sign out all night? She could have at least honored it. Geez, so disappointed as this was my family's favorite place before the change of owner.
