Our waitress KaShonda made what might have been a three star experience easily a four star. The menu warns that the Chicago style can take 45-75 minutes so we were quick to order it before appetizers. The food was tasty. Ordering two pizza styles is a challenge and our Margherita NY style originally came out over cooked. (Probably waiting on our other pizza to finish). KaShonda was apologetic and was quick to make the situation right. When a new pizza came out it was fantastic. I would return when back in the area.

A large part of choosing to dine here was their Gluten-free menu, which was very tasty...but as a family, we'd like to dine together. I'm understanding, but several other tables that arrived after we ordered entrees were eating before two pizzas could be baked?!? Ridiculous. Will honestly not go out of my way to dine here again. I feel bad for the server (it was her birthday) and her team and management let her down.

No. Service guaranteed my order to my details but seriously failed to get it done.

Just a suggestion: since Tuesday's seem to be a slow night, maybe you could attract a more mixed aged crowd with music other than head banging or heavy metal. From 5:30 pm to 6:45, I think you only had one couple come in for pizza. There was one at the bar. Not my favorite music. I know you are across from TTec. But a variety of music could attract other patrons. Just a thought!

It would be nice if this was a place to go for sporting events as the beer selection is quite good. We ate a pizza and a chicken Parmesan sandwich. The pizza crust was pale - so slightly undercooked but the cheese on top was perfect. It was a bit heavily sauced. The chicken Parmesan was a bit disappointing. Taste was good but it was diced chicken and would have been better with a good solid chicken cutlet instead. I wasn't a fan of the roll as it was a bit dry. We ordered wine - which came from airline style single drink bottles. A bit underwhelming if you like to drink wine - but perhaps this is not the place for wine. Not sure if I'll be back but it wasn't bad.

I didn't notice an outdoor patio, but there is a small parking area in the back with a rear entrance, which was convenient. We went on a Tuesday night, which the staff said was one of their slower nights, but by the time we left there were still about 7 tables filled. We ordered the pretzel with beer cheese, Philly cheesesteak pizza, meatball sandwich, and a few strombolis. The pizza and strombolis were fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The beer cheese was really good, though the pretzel itself wasn't my favorite....it tasted a bit microwaved. The meatball sandwich was also excellent with a flavorful sausage and beef mix, great bread, and a generous portion. The staff was pleasant, the beer was cold, and overall it was a great experience. We'd definitely come back again!
