Last time we ordered, they "dropped 2 wings" and had to make more. Took a total of a hour for 12 wings. This time, they said they "got started on the order late", so here goes another hour for 12 wings. Once was understanding, twice isn't a mistake. No remorse or care. Added a nice photo to show the time stamp of me still sitting here. And yes, we have checked if the wings were done about 5 times now. UPDATE AGAIN: We have left EMPTY HANDED. WAITED A HOUR, NO WINGS, NO SORRY, NO ANYTHING. Absolute pile of an establishment.

The pizza was great- had a good ratio of cheese and toppings with a crisp to the crust. The only complaint I have was the salad was not good. The salad was packed so full- tons of lettuce and lots of toppings BUT it tasted like dirt. The lettuce was very earthy tasting like dirt which made me think it was dirty. I did not finish the salad.

The waitress working today was friendly and attentive, keeping our drinks refilled and still managing to handle both dining rooms. The Debbie, with tomato, garlic, feta and topped with fresh basil was delicious but I preferred The Greek with spinach, artichoke hearts, gorgonzola and garlic. Delicious and the leftovers reheated perfectly later. Definitely worth it for the lunch buffet as fresh pizzas appeared constantly with a good variety but there's nothing wrong with getting a bespoke pizza as well. She also took our order and delivered a VERY tasty Chicago style pizza. The pizza did not disappoint. Great flavor and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed a very good House Salad. Inside the restaurant were more than 7 or 8 televisions playing various sports events. At first the restaurant was not too busy. By the time we left it was packed. I now see why. I would highly recommend Gusano's Pizza to locals and anyone traveling in or near Joplin. Thanks Reagan for a great meal and dinner experience.

No problems here and after my order was secured, I headed over to pick it up. New York Pizza is closer to the city center of Joplin. They have some parking spots out front designated for pickup but there are also spots across the street and a large parking lot (which I've reviewed). The pizza arrived back at home in excellent condition. Light, crunchy and chewy thin crust. Great flavorful toppings and a delicious sauce. I really should have gotten a larger pie as Mrs. K. ended up eating three slices from this one, it was that good. Great Neapolitan style and very tasty, we'll get this one again in Joplin.
