The coleslaw was really good and I went with a double dipping the original Zach sauce and the teriyaki sauce. The staff is very professional and friendly and does a great job treating their customers like number one guest. The joining dining room is really clean and floor taken care of not greasy like in some restaurants. The decor is really nice with a lot of fun graphics and different things about chicken and the Zaxby's story. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The drive-thru was slow, we waited to be acknowledged, and there was no greeting at the window--just our total. When our Flavor of the Day mixers arrived, they were extremely soupy, more like milkshakes, and appeared as though they had been sitting for a while. There was also a bit of a mess around the cups, with toppings on the sides and no napkin, so our first contact with the food was cleaning it up. I completely understand that it was an extremely hot day, and some melting is to be expected. But this seemed beyond what the weather could explain. I'm sharing this in the hope that the store will see it as an opportunity for some much-needed training and a reminder about the little things--greeting customers, presentation, cleanliness, and making sure the product is served as intended. I know my standards may be a little high because our hometown Culver's consistently provides excellent service. The parking lot at this location was clean, and I'm sure the team was dealing with a busy, hot day. I worked in food service for years, so I know how much training, teamwork, and attention to detail go into a good customer experience. This isn't about criticizing one employee. It's about hoping the entire team gets the support and training they need to make the next customer's experience a better one.

The broccoli cheddar soup is always a good choice here it's really creamy and thick and has lots of broccoli and cheese in it. Of course can't forget to talk about the iced tea. Best iced tea brewed in the city. The staff is always great and professional server is always friendly service and the dining room is nice ambience with local decorations from different things in the community and always clean and tables cleared pretty thoroughly.
