I added a meatball which tasted more like an Italian sausage in a ball with a bit of spice and a chewier consistency. I wasn't mad at it, but it wasn't the seasoned ground beef crumble I expected. All in all, the meal was good, just lacking in some of things I expected from a place everyone seemed to like about it. The calamari never came off, the meatballs for the children's pasta were more expensive than what was on the menu, and we were charged for an extra calamari dipping sauce that we did not ask for. Most of these problems were fixed but the whole thing illustrated a lack of attention to detail and an appearance of up-charging the customer in any way possible. I ordered two meatballs as an appetizer, which were really good, and then the chicken and broccoli bake for my entree. The bake wasn't exactly what I was expecting but it was good. I was expecting a whole chicken breast in the bake but it was bit sized chunks of chicken. My husband was also with us and he ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and the Greek salad. Neither were mind blowing, but they were good. The rest of the team had fettuccine Alfredo, garlic bread, and personal sized pizzas and they all seemed to be pretty happy.
