Extra large original crust "The Works" pizza ($23.99). Sorry, I nearly dropped the box so the toppings are kind of messed up
    Kevin W.

I've actually ordered from this restaurant a total of two times. I guess this review will be a combination of both experiences from this place, even though I didn't even get anything the first time. You see, there had been a horrible and embarrassing mistake on my part explaining why the pizza couldn't get to my door on order number one. Their website is confusing and a pain to navigate. I accidentally selected "carryout" instead of "delivery," leading them to just let the pizza sit there for a while. To be fair, it was my fault and they were just following instructions, but the selection was defaulted to "carryout," and the website didn't make that obvious. I don't suppose it's completely fair to blame problems with the website on this one particular restaurant. What's fair is to criticize how this restaurant handled those problems. I called them and told them that I had been waiting for over an hour for my pizza to arrive. They told me not to worry because the pizza was already on its way. Strange, but I accepted the explanation. After another hour had passed, I called again to tell them that I had still received nothing after over two hours of waiting. They then realized that the order was made for carryout; the pizza had been sitting there in their restaurant all this time with nobody coming to pick it up. Of course, the restaurant was immensely apologetic for the inconvenience. But I wanted pizza, not apologies. Apparently, their driver for that night had just gone home, meaning that there was nobody left to deliver my pizza. A couple of problems with that. First of all, why couldn't they just get somebody else to deliver that pizza instead? Why did it have to be that one original person? Did they think I would have cared at all about who delivered my pizza as long as I got it? I don't have a car to drive down to Radcliff; that's the only reason I was ordering food in the first place. Second, why were they somehow unable to change "carryout" to "delivery" for me? Were they just too lazy to do that? Or even if they couldn't, why couldn't they just deliver the pizza to me anyway? Does it really matter if they deliver a carryout order if the customer asked for it, especially if that was clearly the customer's intention in the first place? Third, in a case like this, they should have offered something like free stuff or a discount to make up for the trouble. I got... ha! Nothing. Against my better judgment, I ordered from these people again today because it was raining hard and I didn't feel like getting wet to get some food. This time, I made sure to specify that I wanted my order delivered to my door. Actually, even that wasn't so easy, since their website apparently had a hard time understanding the address I put. I had to put a fake one and mention in the comments to the delivery driver where I really lived. I don't know why something so simple had to be made so complicated. Even ordering overall is needlessly complicated, since their website isn't as friendly to guests who don't want to create accounts as, say, Domino's Pizza. Whatever. I quoted them saying the delivery would take 30-40 minutes, and true to their word, they got the pizza to my door within 35 minutes of my ordering. Pretty sweet. It was an extra large original crust "The Works" pizza for $23.99. The delivery fee on top of that was $2.75, and sales tax was another $1.61. The total thus came up to $28.35, and since I wanted to give the guy a 20% tip for driving onto a military base in the dark and rain, I actually ended up giving him $34 total. Yikes! Domino's is much better about price; I can get stuff from them with a lot more variety for under twenty dollars. Anyway, the pizza was pretty big and tasted all right. Kind of hard to expect otherwise from an extra large "The Works," right? It was strangely cold and had a bit of a sweet taste to it for some reason, but I wouldn't call it bad. Still, nothing remarkable was to be had here, especially after the insane price and ESPECIALLY after the disaster that was my first time ordering from here. I don't know how something as simple as pizza could be so difficult to get right. Let's just say that there won't be a third time. Domino's and Snappy Tomato are both much better choices in Radcliff that deliver.

The whole place is clean but a little too open for me, probably not somewhere I'd come with friends, but maybe with a group of kids. The food is sexy enough to enjoy for a romantic evening.. probably why there's a ton of delivery coming and going. I recommend this place. Please try some dessert, it looks delicious!

There were only a few cars in the parking lot so I was pretty Leary since I didn't know anything other than what I had read on Yelp. Parking Spaces super close for handicap patrons. The interior was immaculate. 100% clean (even the restrooms). Plenty of seating. Since we had never been there before, the staff offered menus so we found a booth and skimmed the menu. Neither of us knew what to get, although we had looked at that menu online and pretty much narrowed it down to a few options. We didn't get either. Started with the cheese bread (see pic). Baked fresh and they were so good! I went with the Tour of Italy (so I could review the most in one dish) which came with Lasagna, Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce, Manicotti and Chicken Parmigiana. Came with choice of House or Caesar salad or soup. The soup of the day was Lentil Soup. I chose the Caesar Salad. The meal also came with 3 breadsticks. My friend chose the Margarita Pizza (she requested red sauce). My only regret was not getting a picture of the cheese pull. It was incredible! The ingredients were super fresh and delish. We got a few items to go. House calzone and desserts. The calzone was super fresh, crispy. The ratio of cheese to toppings may have been a little off but will most definitely order again. Came with a cup of marinara. The desserts tho! See pics! Soooo many good choices. But we went with the Five Layer Red Velvet Cake $7.99, 2 - Cannolis $6.99 and the Strawberry Cake/Cheesecake Slice $7.99. Everything comes "To-Go" style but that was great for us. We got plates to eat there and took a ton of food home! We most definitely will be back soon. Looked like they also had a drive thru pick up window but a lot of people came inside while we dined in to pick up, including Door Dash.

A wonderfully retro Pizza Hut experience!…read more This is one of those "Pizza Hut Classic" locations specifically meant to recapture the feel of when Pizza Hut was such a beloved experience in the 1980's or 1990's. The decor looked like a time capsule from the 1980's, in a good way. The entire experience felt much like I remember Pizza Hut being when I was a kid. My server was very busy and overworked, but had a positive and friendly attitude and I can't fault her. . .she was doing the most she could with as over-worked as she was. The reasons it wasn't a five-star review (and these are all things they could fix) 1. They had an arcade machine at the front (which is a wonderful retro Pizza Hut touch). . .but it was broken! It would have been nice to play some arcade game at a Pizza Hut again. 2. When I walked in when the lunch buffet opened at 11 AM, they didn't have any pizzas out, because they apparently got started cooking them late. There was a line of people waiting to eat when the pizzas came out. 3. They were horribly under-staffed. A busy Pizza Hut with only two employees? One front-of-house and one back-of-house? The server said they were hiring in case anyone needed a job, but being under-staffed definitely harmed the experience.

I ordered a pick up order and when I got there they made the wrong order for me. I waited a total…read moreof 50 minutes to get my food. The pizza wasn't the best the dessert was good. The wings were great but cold!
