Can not go wrong with this Papa John's location. Always quick on delivery, pizza is always fresh from the oven and hot. This evening I ordered from them and at first their website said it would be 2 hours until I received order. However in only 30 minutes my order arrived. They were missing an item and the driver went right back to their restaurant and was back within a few minutes. Excellent customer service! I will definitely continue to order from this Papa John's and I highly recommend them to anyone else. read more

I called to ask about my order and the lady proceeded to just randomly hang up on me. absolutely unacceptable.

Papa Johns Pizza - roach infested pizza - Pizza Near Me - Lithia Springs, Georgia

I placed an order yesterday online for carry out with friends. I intended to make the payment with cash. One of my friends had a $20 bill and we were splitting the check evenly. When I arrived, I asked for change for her $20 because I had the exact change for the total and did not want to pay for the order by myself. The cashier was friendly and seemed new to the register but stated that he had to ask his manager. He left the register to go ask and said that the manager said no. I asked to speak with the manager and explain, but she would not present herself. I asked for her name and the cashier advised that her name was Angela. I am not sure if this is accurate or not, but I was frustrated because we could not get change to evenly split the cost for the pizza. This was the main reason for doing a carry out order. We had to spend money at a store nearby to get change for an even split. This was very inconvenient and wasted time, that we literally did not have because one of my friends had to leave shortly after we retrieved the order. Also the pizzas were not as hot by the time we did the extra running around, so we were not happy. It does not make sense not to offer change to a customer that is purchasing something. That is not good service and not a good call for a store manager. I typically order delivery and do not have an issue, but customer service at the location is not great. read more

When I say I will never order from here again, I will never order from this place EVER AGAIN. I at least order from here once a week if not twice a week. Not because I like them but because my kids do. My orders are typically two large pizzas when I do. Here's what happened. This time I only ordered one large pizza that never arrived. I called the store to informed them that I never received my order but kept being put on hold. After 4 calls I told them I don't want to be placed on hold and told them I didn't receive my food. The young lady was speaking to someone in the back and I heard her say, "he said he delivered it". So now I'm upset and told her to put "Ann" on the phone. This woman kept telling me it was delivered no matter how many times I told her I didn't have it. Like, why am I called over a $10 pizza? I did get mad and raised my voice because she was making it seem like I was lying and she hung up on me. I called back and told them I was on my way there. Once I arrived the door was locked and I had to talk to them through a window. She, "Ann" is still telling me it was deliver. Now I don't know what part she couldn't understand but clearly customer service isn't her strong suit. Then she said, "the driver is on his way back, we can wait for him to get back". I don't care what the driver said or where he is, I didn't have my food. So then I told her I was about to call the cops over a $10 pizza because basically the establishment stole money because I never received the goods. Then she decides to ask if I want another one or my money back. Ma'am give me my money, I'm not trusting them to fix my kids food. The drive came, looked at me and rolled his eyes and walked away. His behind probably ate my kids pizza on his deliveries. Now I was showing out at this time but don't make it seems I'm lying when I have supported this location for YEARS! At least 15 years if not more. They will never see another dime from me. I'll order Pizza Hut going forward. Yes I did call corporate but there's nothing they can do to redeem my business. read more

If I could give a zero. I WOULD. Ordered, driver left my food on the ground. No knock on the door. Then they left food off the order. Called back settled with manager and she stated it would be on the way. 1 hour NOTHING! Called, "It's on the way ma'ma as the manager shout! 1.5 hours later and it never arrived. Called to get a refund, no manager available but told the refund will take 5 to 7 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! read more

Ordered two pizzas for delivery (about 2-3 miles away) last night. Don't know why it took almost an hour, but when they got here the pizzas were barely room temp. Definitely seemed like they had been sitting around/dried out. Maybe waiting for serveral to be ready for deliveries. Called and got a refund. Also, both barely had any toppings on them. Will not order again. read more

Gross! Ordered pizza & wings and everything was nasty the cheese on our pizza couldn't even melt ... we ended up Throwing away the pie and gave the wings to our dog ... we will never order from here again! I recommend ordering from johnnys ny style restaurant instead their food is much better read more

Never follows delivery instructions. Tired of having cold pizza left on neighbors doorstep... Please stop using door dash

Horrible experience! Paid $75+ for pizza and wings for a gathering I had at my home. Only receive 2 of the pizzas and no wings. What made the experience even more terrible is when I tried to get this issue rectified, I was repeatedly placed on hold without anyone answering the phone! Will never order from this place again! read more

Ordered a pizza on a Sunday afternoon, never arrived despite the "tracker" saying it did. I call and was told they use DoorDash now and they would have to pick it up. WHAT? someone is not managing their business right. 1. coordinate with Doordash or deliver it yourself or better yet.... don't take the order if you cannot meet the demand. 2. If you mess up... offer a discount, say.... I am sorry... let me get that to you with 10 dollars off... Why do this? to keep a customer who spends about 125. a month on your business. Now, I will go elsewhere permanently. YOu guys suck read more

I frequently order The Works from Papa John's. This was the best prepared. They followed the custom request perfectly and the delivery was timely and allowed real-time tracking on the app. read more

Ok, so I love pizza and have since I was a little girl. For the longest time Papa John's was my #1 choice for pizza. However, for the past couple of months I'd been getting pizza from Dominos mainly because the last time or two ordering from this PJ's- I wasn't satisfied. I decided to give it a shot again because I had points to get a free pizza and because this PJs is actually closer to me than Dominos. The pizza was edible but not all that good. The dough was a little more soggy than my liking (maybe from the sauce) and there's something about the cheese now that I just don't care for. The crust at the edge was a little harder than normal. Needless to say, I think I'll stick with Dominos from now on...or at least I won't order from this PJ's anymore. I'm so glad I only paid $1.50 (for an extra topping) because I was have been highly disappointed paying anything else. read more

This place is the worst. There was a live ROACH in the box with our pizza last night. Doordash says the store is responsible for issuing our refund, but no manager will come to the phone. We chose them and they let us down. Domino's on 92 was delicious & quick. We'll order from them from now on. read more

Worst service ever! Tracking the pizza said delivered no pizza at all, no call and said hey I'm lost or nothing just straight took my money and delivered my pizza somewhere else. Called this location and the kids that answered the phone were yelling and screaming in the background finally got a manager on the phone that stated that I should expect my refund on 3-5 business days. Door dash is their third party delivery and they are terrible! read more

Done with delivery pizza in my area. Ordered a thin crust pizza and the delivery was quick but the pizza was lukewarm. Was not placed in a warming bag while being delivered. Pizza tasted like it was not fresh. Called the restaurant but was a waste of time. Papa John's has lost my business read more

OMG!!! All I can say is, Can they ever get it right?! Not one time have I ordered food from them and they haven't forgotten something or made something wrong. Ugghhhhh... If Pizza Hut delivered to my house, I would NEVER order from them again! read more

Worst customer service ever I ordered a pizza for delivery got the confirmation number waited for 2 hours then called them wondering where's my pizza they told me they couldn't deliver to my address even tho they have before but never attempted to call me they maid me go pick it up and I was thinking maybe they'll give me the pizza or a discount just to get there and they try to sell me the same pizza that already got cold and asked to speak to the manager and some Asian lady came being really rude basically telling me too bad that it's my fault!! read more

It wont let me leave 0 stars. This place is horrible and rude. I placed an order on last night for my children and never received it. So in other words my kids fell asleep waiting on a pizza that never came. Thankfully they had been eating all day. However I called today and was told by a young lady that answered that both mangers by the name of Renae and KT were too busy to come to the phone to address the issue and that my money would be refunded back in 3 days, No apology or anything!!!!! read more

When I do order here, it's okay at best but I seldom do because their best parking spots (the only ones remotely close to their door) are always taken by their delivery drivers. I don't understand that. Everywhere I have ever worked has encouraged employees to park as far away from the store as possible. read more

Saturday, October 21, 2017 I ordered two medium pizzas with Spicy Italian Sausage, regular crust, souse and cheese. I've ordered this many times before and was pleased with my pizza, but this time was different. When the driver finally arrived I was presented with two boxes, uncovered, cold pizza. Less than 5 sausage pieces on each pie and barely any cheese. I had to heat up my pizza in the microwave before eating. Never has the quality been so bad. I've seen it deteriorate over the last several orders, but never this bad. I've even earned enough points for my another free pizza, but I'm not sure I want to try them anymore. Sorry Pappa, but I'm about through with your sad pies. read more

received a phone call from the owner from this location and showed how apologize the owner was and we will receive a free pizza the next time we order from this location and the owner is going to handle with all the staffs but still we will be very uncomfortable for what they treat us like this... 3 stars for the owner's manner and free pizza... definitely going to stop at the store to check the right order this time instead of delivery read more

Call this place about 3 times a month, Always fresh, warm and RIGHT! Always fast on the delivery. A Keeper.

I ordered my pizza online and I have been ordering online for the past 3 years and I have never had any issues. This particular time I ordered, I received my confirmation email, order number and estimated ready time for my pizza. My father went to pick up the pizza from the location and when he arrived the pizza was not "on file". I then proceeded to contact the manager at the Papa John's location that I ordered the pizza from. The associate on the phone told me that my order was not on file after I gave her my name and cell phone number twice. Once I told her that I had a confirmation email and order number, then she began to ask the manager. The manager looked up both my customer number and order number. When he found the correct order, he then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that the order was not able to be found although my father provided my name and cell phone number. They offered a lousy 2 liter of Pepsi even though my father traveled 20min back home in order to figure out what the issue was. The staff was extremely unprofessional and although my confirmation said that the pizza would be ready in 15-25 minutes, I was not able get the pizza until 63 minutes. The manager was extremely rude and I will not be purchasing from this location again. read more
