This happened August 7 ,2025 , placed my order through drive thru, paid for it . I moved along to the pick up order line, looked in the bag and I asked where was the 2 hassbrowns that I ordered. The associate told them that my order was missing hassbrowns. I checked my receipt, no hassbrowns. The lady asked me do I want to pay for them ? Which I said I dont mind bc I thought it placed with my order, she took my card and I paid for the hassbrowns. The original associate gave me a small bag with my sugar and stir stick No hassbrowns. WHICH I said as I made it to my Dad's appointment, you know those people charged me and I still didn't get my hassbrowns! I went back with my receipts and the 2bags the greasy sausage bag and the dry bag the condiments were in .The associate laughed an said she gave you your hassbrowns. I informed him no she took my payment and you had given me a small bag only with the condiments. Why would I make this up bc the hassbrowns were not given to me The 2 employees told a lie together instead of being honest. A employee was in her car and she did offer to fix my Dad's hassbrown, which I appreciate that bc it was lunch time. But , how those other 2 flat out lied an laughed in my face upset me bc the girl knew she only did my card transaction. Ill go anywhere else before ever returning there again. I would not recommend this place because they advertise that they are open 24 hours a day however I went there after placing my order on the McDonald's app for breakfast at 4:30 AM and the staff said that they were switching over to breakfast. I asked them what items they had left and they said they had no food left no food from the regular menu no food from the breakfast menu when I asked them about being open 24 hours a day she had no information just said that they were switching over. This is the third time I've tried to order from this McDonald's and they never have any food they are not open 24 hours a day. read more

The manager of this location, Michael Jones, is the absolute worst!!!! I sat in the "curbside" pickup for 15 minutes, and I finally went in for a refund. He's RUDE, as has no idea of what customer service means!!! The cashier was asking for his assistance to help me and he basically forced her to come from behind the counter to walk to him in the restaurant lobby, instead of coming to the counter to assist the CUSTOMER!!! The worse customer service I've ever had. The employees and the manager were very rude and unhelpful, even threatened to through me out. I ordered thru the app and my credit card was charged. I told him I would gladly leave when he gave me my food or my money back. He said he wouldn't do that but walked off and another rude worker got my food. The inside wasn't clean at all and supplies like straws and napkins were out. They acted like it was very troublesome to get me a straw. They got one for me but still didn't put any in the dispenser. Sometimes establishments have off days. This location is just off! From the horrible district manager belittling the employees for everyone to hear, to the store always having some issue. Mobile orders not being ready when you arrive and told to wait 30min for the grill to heat up, missing items from your bag, out of orange juice, out of ice. The service here is awful always missing items cold fries, coffee nasty especially the iced coffee. It's never consistent with the taste. I'm not sure if they're not training the employees correctly or the employees just don't care and please don't ask for sauce. honestly the worst mcdonald. the staff always get something wrong or something is missing. i live 5 minutes away from this mcdonald and i rather drive all the way to the one on chapel hill then this one on lee road. i had a mobile order waiting for almost 40 minutes. when i went up to ask what was going on one of the workers said they didn't have a mobile order. after i showed them the order on my phone i waited another 10 minutes and they still didn't even start on the order. after i showed them the order again that's when they finally started working on my order. really disappointing. i also once witnessed the workers buy weed from someone in the lobby. read more

So I ordered 2 Mcchickens with no Mayo, an add pickles an mustard on both. They got THAT part right. However I also ordered 2 Mcdoubles. There have been no problems with this place to just stop by for a fry over Covid, a quick meal after an appointment. One night in a rush came here to get food no issues until I was not given my sauce went inside to get it which I never do...I go in and there is one other person in there. The guy at front was making orders and I can see busy. I wait and he walks up to the door dash guy and says nothing to me. I say hello at least 2 times no response. I have on a mask I say it louder 2 times and now I'm upset. I visited this "TRASH McDonalds" on Saturday 6/3/2023 I was a drive thur customer. I ordered a Fish Filet Meal and requested all my food to be prepared "Hot," when I got to the window the food was given to me cold!!! The fish filet was old and cold..Nothing fresh at all.. I went back through the drive thur again and requested my order be remade it was and that time delivery of the order was worst than the first time..I then got out of my car went inside to request my money be refunded back to my card..Mind you on this day nothing but Childern Teenagers were operating this restaurant. The young man took my debit card somewhere to the back of the store kept it for about 3 to 5 minutes came back with a receipt indicating my refund had been given....Why on Sunday June 4th I found out my card had been compromised?? The children working at that McDonalds on Lee Road in Lithia Springs on Saturday June 3rd 2023 between 3 and 4:00Pm took the information off my Visa Debit card and that information was used for unauthorized purchases...My bank is on it but I just wanted to inform the public about this incident.. Great customer service, quick line and the order is correct every time. The fries even come out fresh to order most the time or at least hot enough to enjoy on the ride home. The fountain drinks come out crisp so you don't have to worry about flat drinks either. read more

This place is DISGUSTING! I do not eat McDonalds but went there today because my son wanted it. When I placed my order I asked that all my food be made fresh, if I'm going to pay for it I don't think it's too much to ask that it is hot but apparently that is wrong to expect and warranted an attitude and terrible service. When I was given my food it was not hot like none of it so I took it back and asked for new food while I was talking the girl attempted to close the window in my face,I stopped her and asked if her closing it meant yes I could have fresh food and she said oh yea. I wish I could give negative stars. I am currently at this location and have been waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes...there was just one car ahead of us. Additionally, the customers service was absolutely despicable from the monitor to the window. Once at the window a young girl working there was wearing a head scarf...the kind you go to bed in! So we get our order and it is wrong. While waiting for them to bring the correct items we could hear yelling and cursing from the staff to the customers inside of the store! Since we moved into the area, we have tried going to this location after working late (1-2am), and someone just yells into the microphone that they aren't doing business. Not a fan of this McD. I used to come here pre-Covid and there was a manager that kept employees on task. He made sure they were working and food was decent. Went here yesterday and was horrible. Drive thru was 10 cars deep so I tried to go inside to see if that was going to be faster. Big mistake. Almost 20 minutes to get a food. Young man at the counter was disorganized and unprofessional. Manager overwhelmed because he was needing to run back and forth making sure employees were doing their job. I would fire the whole crew and start over. TERRIBLE!! After a long night out with my family we decided to come here to grab a bite before heading home. To begin with, our cashier kept messing up our order, which made us be up there for a good 15 minutes just doing our order! I have to rate this restaurant lower than other McDonald's locations. Their service has always been slower than normal, but what lowers this location's rating is mainly that their soft drinks taste horrible. Everyone I know complains about it.
