I stopped at the Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings on Lee Road for lunch before getting on the road Sunday. My meal was delicious and this shocked me. I ordered the nibblers sandwich meal with a raspberry lemonade and fried pickles. The service was excellent and my food was hot, fresh and accurate. This combo will be something that I order moving forward when I don't choose a salad. Aside from the zalads, I tend to find the chicken to be salty most of the time. It was not salty this time. I realize that this location thrives during lunch time. I've been here at least 10 times and the three times that I came during lunch my food has been great. Whenever I come during dinner hours I seem to have the opposite experience. Please do not come after 8 PM. They seem to be out of fried pickles, wings, chicken strips etc after a certain time. If I could rate on yesterday's experience alone then I would have gave it a 5, but the truth is Zaxby's can be hit or miss. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in life. I arrive at the drive thru about 10 minutes before closing. As I am waiting, darkness hits when all the lights on the exterior and to the building go off. I finally reach the speak around 10:02 to be great with the nastiest greeting of, "Welcome Zaxby's, we close." I then stated that I had been waiting in the line for 10 minutes to order. Her reply was you have not been waiting no 10 minutes. After a few words back and forth I arrived at the window to be abused again by the front of the house manager. Again, I was told that I was not waiting no 10 mins. I am typing this exactly how it was spoken to me. I replied that I delt with one rude girl with the ponytail and I was not able to be talked to or questioned again. This is when the atttitude of here you go and the slamming of the window took place. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO THIS LOCATION. A bunch of kids working who know nothing about customer service. I don't expect much when I see who is leading them. read more

If you're planning on stopping by right after they open don't plan on it. The doors were still locked 10 minutes after the listed opening time. Zaxbys - Fast Food Near Me - Lithia Springs, Georgia

The most ghetto Zaxby's I've ever been to. I live close so I go often & it never fails to be lacking something. Drink machine is down, out of ranch, no cookies, for some reason they can't scan for your points - it's always something. The management is failing. read more

What can you say.. it's FAST food. The two star rating is accurate. I've been to better Zaxby's toward the city. Even the one on Tara Blvd in Jonesboro, is shockingly much better than this location (although customer service at that location is lacking). I ordered Fillet Chicken Sandwich meal and fried mushrooms. Breezed right through drive thru. Only thing hot was the fried mushrooms. The sandwich tasted like it's been on a counter, or possibly an incorrect order they tried to find something to do with as opposed to tossing it? Not sure. All in all, customer service was cool. Food was salty and not very good. No need to season the fries if their cold. read more

The Zaxby's on Lee road... TERRIBLE. I placed an online order and was asked to pull up to wait for it. Waited almost 20 minutes and 11 cars later when the cashier at the drive Thru notices my fiancé standing and waiting and asks him "what are you waiting for" YOU ASKED US TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR OUR FOOD!!! I've given it chance after chance but I don't believe a restaurant should be ran by majority children. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I asked for a refund and instead all of a sudden the food was able to be brought out to the car as I was waiting for someone to speak to about the refund. Will not be returning this location. read more

This place is ghetto. Ghetto as heck. The customer service is disgusting. The employees need training, manners, people skills, and self respect. I'm in the drive-through, and she's screaming at me asking me my order. So eventually I have to scream back at her. Then when I get up there if she's having a full conversation with the girl next to her, that's probably why she could not hear me. After ordering meals for my family, I ask her for a ketchup, and she hands me two packets, for 3 adult meals. Smh. Without words. Just stay away read more

After placing my online order, I walked inside to ask for all flats on my order and fried crispy. Whether I order my food online or in person this is a request I make each time. The associate proceeded to tell the cooks no problem, then I hear from my left ear another extremely unkept rowdy employee budding in yelling, "WE DONT DO THAT FOR ONLINE ORDERS". Well, not only do I know that's false, online there is no area/option to request anything. Overall if you expect to be greeted, respected, just trying to order ahead, a platform Zaxby's created for consumers to utilize...do not come here and expect much but someone getting paid by the hour to treat you as if you shorted their check last week. The "management" is piss poor. Super shady vibe when I walked in, it's disgusting. Good luck read more

I've never been to a Zaxby's before. Drove down to Atlanta from New Jersey, and this was one of the first places I stopped at. I was skeptical at first, but I finally decided to give this place a try. I went with the order of kickin chicken sandwich meal and an order of fried white cheddar bites. The employees at Zaxby's overall were very helpful and attentive. For a fast food place the quality of food was good and even better then some places in Jersey. I would recommend trying this place out. read more

I am very mad because Zaxybys funnel cake is a scam and a waste of money because in the ad it showed a normal sized funnel cake but when I got it was smaller than a size of a baby head this why it's the size of a cookie what a scam! read more

So I was in Atlanta for the weekend (after being in Cali earlier in the week) so customarily I go looking for food. I am on a low calorie diet and everyone knows how hard it is to stay dedicated to your diet when your on vacation but I was determined to stay somewhat loyal. Side note I am from Boston so we don't have a Zaxby's and the only time I've had it before was when I lived in the Carolina's. Anyway we get there (we being me and a friend after I requested salad for dinner) and we both order the Zensation Zalad which is so cute and funny to say lol. It was so new to me like it was an egg roll or vegetable roll salad lol and it was pleasantly delightful. I'm sorry I have no pics because they salad unfortunately didn't make it but I beg you to take my word for it. P.S I was reading reviews as I was waiting and I can say at approximately 9:00 pm on Friday night we waited less than 15 minutes for ur food and I don't believe it was a long wait. read more

SLOW service and looks like a bunch of zombies working here..... or high ppl, I can't tell. Waited 30 min for 2 salads, then had to ask for forks to eat them with. ‍ Literally the ppl here were moving soooooo slow in every thing they did. Food was Zaxbys good when we finally did get it. read more

Unbelievably slow. Saw many orders go out to drive thru while waiting fifteen minutes for a few chicken tenders. They'd forgotten the order. Ice machine was broken, Coke machine was missing 3/4ths of its flavors. Staff was cold and uninterested. Will avoid in the future. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. Every. Single. Time. It literally is the worst. I come back every now and then because they're close to my house hoping they've gotten better but they haven't. They're terrible every time. They are rude and are obviously not listening to you. After they get and attitude like it's your fault. The worst ever. Don't go. You will be disappointed and leave angry. P.s. Got home with my food and it was wrong. The wings were so small and so crispy almost burnt. Got the sauce wrong. And the fries literally tasted like they were made yesterday. Also, I don't even eat the bread but it felt wet. So bad. read more

Don't go here after 5-6pm unless you're looking for disappointment. Raleemah took my order at the drive-thru. Not only was she extremely rude, but repeatedly cut me off to ask if I was finished with my order. After I repeated my order about 4-5 times she finally got it right. I then received the wrong order so I went back through the drive-thru because the inside was closed. They took the order back from me and GAVE IT TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AFTER I HANDLED IT! When I finally received my order not only was the food cold but it was still wrong. And it wasn't complicated either! Traditional wings, signature club without the sauce and a salad. The sandwich was only a cold piece of chicken, nothing else...and they wouldn't let me order the fried mushrooms because it was late... ‍ And this was an hour and a half before closing... If you want to eat here, go early in the day. read more

I went to this Zaxby's with my daughter who is 10 years old after picking her up from school. She began to eat her grilled cheese sandwich when she noticed a piece of hair in her food. While I understand that sometimes things like this happen, I was however taken aback by the overall attitude I was presented with when I brought the food back to this location. Although everyone had looks of disgust due to the gross nature of seeing the hair in my daughter's food, no one ESPECIALLY not even the manager on duty apologized for this mishap. He appeared to be more aggravated with the fact that we actually brought the food back. In addition, I had to tell them to recook the entire meal (including the fries) because they were initially just going to replace the sandwich. I will not be returning to this location despite the fact that it is the closest location to my home. It is very disappointing when the manager sets such a bad example for his staff members. He is doing them a great injustice. Poor leadership leads to poor performance which leads to poor customer retention read more

Possibly the worst service within a 49 mile radius. L Zaxby's . If I could take away the one star rating I would

They can never get your order right you all ways got to ask for something as well they get a attitude with you and they never have what you want or what you need read more

So apparently this location has a no add on at the window policy, but get this all i wanted to add on was 2 extra sauces totaling out to 50 cent. 2 employees at the window told me i would have to go drive back around to the drive through and order my 2 sauces. Now i understand some companies have bullshit policies so i didn't give the employee's a hard time i simply paid for my meal and left. This post is for the owner, you would rather lose money than serve a customer what they need? I didn't want to be nasty but next time this happens i will not pay for my food and leave. Your employees turned down 50 cent over a dumb policy and that's if the policy is legit. I could've drove off without my food and then you would've lost out on $10. There's no wonder why you have bad reviews on yelp, please zaxbys get your shit together you used to be a good location. On the bright side you have some pleasant employees but you guys can do a lot better. Turning down money is ridiculous and petty. read more

This Zaxbys used to always be good and you could count on them being above average for a fast food restaurant. Lately though they seem to somewhat 50/50 on if you will enjoy the meal you paid for. I like the nibberles meal but every time I order it, they hardly put any source on it, this despite the fact that each time I order, I request extra sauce. When you order a salad they also give you very little dressing so we use our own, when we get home. read more

In summary "SLOW" was in drive thru for about 5 minutes and didn't move so I went inside where there was only one customer, after waiting 13 minutes finally got my food. The fries were fresh but the wings were colder than the celery. And all this at 9:30 at night read more

I've been to several Zaxby's and this is not in the top 1000. Wait time is long. Most tables are taken by people just waiting for orders. The dark colors for the decor gives a dirty appearance. This has been my third visit and each time it keeps getting worse. Wow this is slooooooooow movement for orders. And no offers of upgrades like salad doesn't come with a drink. Just not very well done at all. read more

Not only did it take 35 mins to get 10 wings and an order of chips but they were "out of boneless wings. The chips were so salty and soggy they were not edible. Attitude?! Avoid the older woman with the glasses. Customer service is not in her soul to give. Lines? No you won't find those here because service stinks. The food will be hot, ready, and often times wrong. There's another location a few miles away, trust me, take the drive to get a better experience. This place is a joke. It is passed the "O" in ghetto. I do not understand why they are still in business. I used to love Zaxby's but after visiting this location a few times in the last few months I have made a promise to myself, I will never go to that ghetto, rude, none customer service having place again. I ask for the manager and when she came to the window I ask who was it on the headset speaking with the customers in drive thru because they were rude. And it was the manager, when I asked her name she closed the window in my face and did not return to the window. Another person came to the window and stated that they were the manager, I think the real manager was busy and did not have a clue what was going on here. So, the second so called manger said "Oh, Thank you" with a look like whatever. I was so disappointed that in 2021 customer was that bad. Not to mention they have not had soda since Saturday and today is Wednesday. My husband went to get a meal on Saturday and the soda machine was down then and today it was down. I do have so much to write about that was so wrong but I just do not have that much time. Stay Away! I attempted to find the owner since this is a Franchise. I will contact the owner of this Franchise location at report to them as well. IF this place is not clean up asap in Douglas County it will not last here long. read more

I ordered a salad and halfway through eating it I found a piece of hair. I took the salad back to the restaurant and showed it to the manager. His response was, "no one here has red hair." He took the salad and through it in the garbage. Afterwards, he wrote a non working telephone number on a receipt that belonged to someone else, and the name Mr. Coleman as being the manager. This "manager" said he did not know the name of the owner of that Zaxby's location that he professes to be the manager of. Whomever the owner is clearly does not know that the restaurant is operating under nasty conditions, I'm referring to the food and the customer service. There is obviously no standards for the manager's position. Apparently an untrained ignorant anything can apply and get the job. The manager that I encountered is rude, unprofessional and presents as a wanna be thug. This type of service, food, and representation of the Zaxby's Franchise is uninspiring. This particular location should be shut down and the employees should never be allowed to work where food is being served and decent customer service is a requirement. Simply put, this Zaxby's location is nothing short of trash!!!! read more

For zaxbys I give this location a 5 star I haven't had any issues out of the 6 plus times I've gone. I love the plates I feel like you get the best value for your money. They have often forgot to give me a sauce or two which to some trust me can be a real deal breaker lol but I usually don't have to worry about it. They will rush you at the speaker a bit fair warning lol and if you want sauce you will DEFINITELY have to pay for it haha either way not a bad spot! read more
