Every time we've been here there's always a steady flow of customers. That's a good sign to us. As soon as you enter there's a display of the pizza by the slice pizzas next to the counter where you place your order. There's also a large menu above the counter and case. They offer a wide variety of choices. Pizza, pasta, Stromboli, fried pickles, wings, to name a few. We ordered three slices and spaghetti. After a short wait our food was delivered. We did have to wait a little longer for the spaghetti, but not a big deal. My two slices were large and looked good. I had the supreme and meat trio. Wife had a cheese pizza slice. After a few bites my wife's spaghetti was delivered. If she knew garlic knots came with the pasta she would've skipped the slice. I enjoyed my slices and she said the spaghetti was good. There is ample seating and plenty of parking in front of the building. Overall we have always liked our experience here and will continue to dine here on occasion. If you're in Richlands and have never tried eating here, I recommend giving it a try.

When I paid, just as last time..a $6.50 credit came up for cash app. I asked the cashier, as I did the last time; how do I process this credit. She said she did not know. I paid with a bank card and the info on the pinned said to scan the code, so I did. The cashier who said she didn't know how to process the credit suddenly says I need my cash app card. I said okay and went to get the card. They closed the code out bef9re I came back in, less than 30 seconds and told me that I couldn't scan it because I had already paid She also said that I needed to pay with mr CA card which is obviously wrong because if thats the case then the machine would only produce the credit and present the bar code when CA is the method of payment. Prior to her suddenly knowing how to do it, she was speaking to the other cashier in Spanish. I told her it was rude for her to do so. She smirked and continued to do so. I think she scanned the code to her card the last time and this time. I asked for the supervis9r and ir owner and she said neither was there and she doesn't know the owner, her boss's name. WOW!!. I told her that I would look him up myself. Right before I asked, she was steadily trying to explain how the credit works and how to process it, although she claims ed not to know. I told her repeatedly that I didn't want to talk about it anymore before she stopped talking to me about it. The food is usually good but I'm rating a 1 because of the customer service I received today.
