I ordered the thin crust "Beekeeper" and my wife built her own. We also tried the cheese sticks. Got our drinks and grabbed a seat. Plenty of TVs and nice music, sort of a sports bar type feel. Cheese sticks came out first. Thicker crust. Lots of melted cheese and garlic. Served with a warm marinara. These were excellent. Had the marinara been dappled on top I would have called this a great "grandma" pie! Pizza came out fairly quickly. Not super thin, but a light cracker type crust. Cupping pepperoni was crisp and flavorful. Cheese was smooth and rich. Honey drizzle gave a hint of sweet. Basil should have been placed after the cook but was still good. Undercarriage was a little light but still crisp. My wife got the Alfredo base with pepperoni and pineapple. Her words "I have found my new favorite pizza place!" Pizza felt like a Bar style. It certainly shows in the fun, bluesy, Delta-influenced decor. The vibes are great! I was a little surprised, though not displeased, to find that this is an order at the counter joint. The cashiers were bubbly and nice. Our order took a short time to come out but nothing crazy. Drinks are self-service and the drink cups are cute. There's plenty of room to find a more private place to sit. We split the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer and a small Beekeeper pizza, which I get the impression is limited-time. It comes with pepperoni, basil, and a drizzle of honey. You can choose between thin or thick crust, which is nice; we went for thin. The spinach and artichoke dip came out first. It was a pretty bougie take on the appetizer, with a thick layer of melted mozzarella on top and a couple of red pepper flakes throughout that made it punchy. It was crazy hot temperature-wise too. The chips were very thin and had some trouble breaking through the mozz on top and frequently broke when trying to dip. We wound up using a fork to break up the cheese and then scoop dip onto our chips. That helped a lot. Our pizza came out shortly afterwards. We ordered a small. I will agree with other reviewers who said the small is *quite* small. If you came with an appetite, it'd be on the small side for a meal. That said, for our purposes, it was a great size to split with the dip for a more reasonably sized lunch portion. The pizza was quite good. Not overly saucy, with crispy crust and gooey cheese. The pepperoni cups were crispy and delightfully greasy, and the honey on top was a great addition that complemented the flavors well. I'd happily reorder this pizza. Overall, definitely a chill place to grab a pie and hang out! Would be happy to try some tamales some time too. Made me nostalgic for MSU even though I never made it to the Lost Pizza there; job well done of recreating the "feel" of the state. A nice visit for sure!

I know thin pizza wouldn't exactly be as crispy as I wanted so I can't complain too much, but it was kind of falling apart when I was eating it. It was also dripping in oil. I only had two slices and I was already full. One thing I would caution staff is if someone asks for a "vegetarian pizza" that there shouldn't be any meat on there. If you look at the margherita slice, there's a piece of chicken on it. Even though, my experience here was decent, I'll probably still give it another try at a different location since I enjoy thin crust pizza.

A hefty amount of chopped steak mixed with fried onions, green peppers and mushrooms topped with melted white American cheese. The sub comes "undressed" so he usually adds lettuce and tomato. When I order this sub, I sub gooey provolone for the more creamy American cheese. Last visit, my husband ordered #13, the Original Italian. That baby was STUFFED with meat. He was only able to eat half of a regular sub and had half the next day. I had a tuna salad bowl which I'd recommend ordering with extra veggies to make a true salad. The sandwiches come dressed "Mike's way" - lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar, oil and oregano. I always add pickles and banana peppers. You could also add mayo, pepper relish, jalapeños and/or a variety of mustards. I preorder on the app and my sandwiches are always waiting for me by the time I get to the store. I then called another franchise location- only for the phone to ring and ring (no answer). I DROVE back to the store to tell them that my bread wasn't the one I ordered, just for them to say "we're out of it." They DIDN'T notate that on my receipt or stop me when I came in and took it off the pick-up shelf. No effort anywhere, where I was informed. They could had hand written it on the receipt slip. But they couldn't do that, as well as didn't have their phone charged/ on the hook. And all of these places have a tip option. Why would anyone tip half-assed effort and zero accountability (?)
