Hello, Merry Christmas I hope that this message finds you well. My order was placed online at approximately 6:20 PM maybe and was not delivered until 8:49 PM. Before the delivery, I called the store to find out what was taking so long and why my food had not been delivered. It took eight minutes to answer which is understandable because they were very busy however, after he explained to me the issue of having to serve so many people in the area, because nobody decided to cook was his words, that was the reason for my order taking so long. I then begin to proceed with I understand I would like to cancel my order because three hours for one pizza delivery was just unacceptable where the guy then hung up. I called back to speak to a manager after waiting about another 7 to 8 minutes for someone to answer. I was told they could not hear me on the phone. All they heard, is I wanted to cancel my order. So I did tell them I will come in to cancel. The guy proceeded to say OK and hung up. I made my way to the store, where it was customers packed in the little area. I waited until I was greeted. However, another customer walked in and was greeted after me and I had to interject, and say excuse me I was here first. A guy not sure if it was the manager or not proceeded to say my apologies. How can I help you? I explain to him what happened he asked me what is my name for the order I told it to him and told him I was there to cancel as I explained to someone on the phone. The guy then proceeded to tell me that the order just left the store a few seconds before I arrived even though I was trying to cancel it because it was almost 3 hours, since the order was placed. At this point I'm frustrated because I would never have driven up there if they would have just tried to hear me instead of rushing me off the phone when I called. The guy apologizes, but in a snarky way to where the other customers are now smirking like the situation was a joke of me explaining my frustration!. I also expressed understanding his frustration because they were busy, but it isn't the customers fault they did not prepare for the busy rush before the holiday. He then goes on to say the orders have been coming in since he clocked in at 5 and it has not let up so unfortunately they have not had a chance to break or answer phones as needed. I decide to leave because I feel like it's no sense in going back-and-forth with someone who doesn't really care about the situation. They were not washing their hands or wearing gloves also cross contaminating by touching money, the register, and other items in the store without washing their hands. I ended up having to throw my food away anyway by the time I made it home after seeing the uncleanliness that was going on in the restaurant so not only did I wait almost 3 hours to get my food. I still ended up having to get something else frustration is an understatement of how I felt read more
