We ordered take out and had pan fried house noodles and kung pao beef. The entrees were tasty, the "fried rice" was terrible, it was hard and nothing but brown rice. The wonton soup was horrible. It was not even edible. The noodles in it were watery and completely uncooked. The broth unidentifiable as to what flavor it was supposed to be. PSA: The Hot Wok Chinese restaurant at 411 E Hwy 190, refused to fulfill our online order placed through a link on their website. They stated that it may have been a scam site even though we have ordered through it previously. Management was zero help and just didn't care. We gave them our order confirmation number and offered to email our e-receipt, but that seemed like too much trouble for them. So, how many of the local folks use Hot Wok? We placed an online order for delivery. Called after 1hr 20minutes, manager said they never got the notification of our order. She said she will start the order now. It is almost 2 hours later. She never made any attempt to offer any kind of "so sorry" offerings to us. I understand that sometimes technology is not our friend, however the technology you choose to use is your call. Now, they will not fill the order and say that they cannot find the order. I feel like your stuff failed YOU and you should have offered something to try and keep us as customers. Our waiter was very nice and respectful to us. I ordered a combination spicy lo mein with a side order of fried rice (pictures coming soon). Now I can see why a lot of people don't like the food, it is pretty salty. However I love a lot seasoning on all my food! So I really enjoyed my meal.
