Cantonese BBQ Brisket is a huge disappointment. It is essentially sliced roast with generic BBQ sauce. It IS NOT anything similar to Texas Brisket. Additionally with the price of beef, you get to pay extra for it. It is quite bland and not very tasty. Save your cash and get something else. read more

I used to really like this restaurant, in fact I ate here 4 to 5 times a week, but every since they stopped serving Sweet Fire Chicken, which was my favorite, once in a while I would eat something different, the food is Awful, I am so disappointed because I really miss it the way it was. I wish they would bring Sweet Fire Chicken back or at the very least make what they have better. If they can't bring back Sweet Fire Chicken, then can please get something better than what they have? read more

Wonderful friendly service. Mom and I split a 3 entree w chow mein. Our server was friendly and helpful. Food was what I expect from Panda. Orange chicken was especially good. The absolute worst customer service in Copperas Cove. I spend almost $50 to feel not welcome. 'Tori' has the worst attitude for drive thru, not only to customers but fellow co-workers. The way she talks to people, she should NOT be in Customer service. I will NOT be back. read more

Great Idea. The lobby is open and the drive thru have line a mile freaking long. The Pokemon Generation can only take your order online for you to get a take-out. Since all they do is text all day and have no people skills. I'm no paying full price for a extra lousy service and having to wait in the parking lot while massaging my "n*ts" , while Detective Pikachu to finished texting so I can go inside to pick up my freaking food. Here is an idea, get freaking robots, they are more personable and more efficient than the pimplefaces you got working for you right now read more

Panda Express - Rice - Chinese Near Me - Copperas Cove, Texas

we placed an online order through the app for delivery & over an hour and a half later, our order gets cancelled. (it was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes to begin with) the app tells us to contact our local store. we both tried to call the store 3 or 4 times and no one ever answered. that is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. on top of that, there's no way to contact anyone through the app! this store is also always dirty, the tables look like they've never been cleaned, the floor is trashed. the trash cans are usually so full that it's literally overflowing onto the floor. and good luck on them having the line stocked for all the food options, usually you have to wait 15-20 minutes for your favorite items. this place needs a serious overhaul of employees & management. read more

This is ridiculous The doors are locked at 8pm Several people have walked away very mad They are only going to take online orders because they said they are not staffed How are these workers still with a job!? Sign on the door says go to drive thru But drive thru is blocked with chairs This is disgusting behavior You got one person Then work it with one person If I was the boss Every last one would be fired Worthless trash bags ! I like Panda Express for fast food Chinese and typically they're spot on in this location with orders. This wasn't the case for me when I went, I decided try the crab Rangoon and I was pretty excited.. but when I got home and opened my bag they were missing. I know I could have checked my order before I left but I forgot this time. Fast forward to the next time I went to this same location. I told the girl about my crab rangoon and how they were missing but since I didn't call right away or save my receipt I wasn't able to get them. read more

Why does everyone that works here act like they hate their life and the world? It's always a long wait and I wouldn't mind as much as long as the people that worked there were friendly. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! was told to pull to a parking spot for an item that would take "8 minutes" to make, ending up sitting in that separate parking spot for 20 minutes waiting on my food. eventually went inside to find out what's going on and the young lady taking my order totally forgot about it and didn't seem to be apologetic or even care to make the order after being told, she made one of her (very kind) coworkers do it for her. so disappointing. not the first time i've had issues with this panda express read more

Sometimes the food is old (slow turnover, sitting a long time) which is surprising, because it is in a busy location, and I come peak times about half the time. The last time not only was it overly cooked, but main dish sparsely served as it has been on occasion. I don't want to see my bed of rice when I order a bowl. This place has run out of dishes and it's disappointing. I was charged for a cup of awful tasting water for a size I was persuaded to order. The food and service is consistently lacking during my random visits. The mild mannered team often seems lost, confused, and have difficulty listening. Corporate, please pay a visit to this location and help. Thank you. read more

The food is always hit and fresh. The workers are a great team. I havent had a bad experience yet! Good job Panda crew!

Not Good! Just left and driving home We both have terrible stomach pains, can't tell which end this bad food will blow from! Barely made it home to recreate a Jason Polick, really not pleasant. The staff just didn't want to be there, and almost every table was dirty and the beverage area over flowing with tea dripping and soda flooded the floor a worker put a sign over it and left the liquid. The female bathroom room main door didn't close and the large toilet broken with urine sitting inside it. Huge hole in ceiling with a breeze blowing in. Just a really sad experience. 8 Photos added. read more

Every time I have visited this store they always have a sign stating that their dining area is closed and to use the drive thru. When I went thru the drive thru , I had to repeat my order several times and the female employee was laughing and not paying attention. Told me to hold on then came back minutes later to inform me they had no chicken. Not sure if this was funny or if they were messing around. Either way this location always has an issue. Won't be coming back read more

First of all Chinese fast food: No! I went to a Panda Express once, over 10 years ago. Daughter wanted orange chicken w/ steamed rice from Panda Express. Told her I could order from our favorite restaurant or make it at home instead. She said she likes Panda Express & was very hungry & we had a ways to go before arriving home. Went through drive-thru. I asked the girl what she would recommend for gluten-free (for me). She claimed they don't have gluten-free. (Work with me here, there's at least ONE item: rice). Asked my daughter if she still wanted the orange chicken. She said yes. We were driving toward home when she took the first bite and spat it out. She said the rice was "crunchy & stale." We went back and I had to go inside. About 7 or so teenagers walking around, eyes glazed like orange chicken. Had to wait for one of them to finally come up to the front register. She looked surprised that there was a human being in front of her. I explained about the rice. She just stared at me some more. I asked if I could have it remade with, you know, FRESH RICE. Another girl walked up nearby and she leaned over to talk to her. The other girl asked if I wanted it instead with lo mein or fried rice. I said no. She wanted steamed rice. Why can't we get steamed rice? She asked the question again and & I answered the same. I asked if they don't have fresher steamed rice. At that point both girls walked over to the corner where they have the rice, 2 other employees joined them and they all stared at the rice, one reaching in and moving the rice or something. The girl came back & asked again about the lo mein or fried rice. I asked for the manager. I got blank stares. I repeated myself. The girl walked toward the back and then I saw her in what used to be the dining area at a table talking to a male employee whom I assumed was the manager since I asked to speak to a manager. They talked and talked ... and talked. I asked the other girl why I couldn't get fresh steamed rice. The girl walked back behind the counter but not to me. I said I would like my money back. Got a quick response from her then! She said they don't do refunds! Seriously!!! I explained the food was horrid, not fresh, would like money back. She said they can't do that. I saw the guy she was talking to walk to the back and then he came walking by with a pan of rice. I asked if he were the manager and he said no, there was not a manager on site, he also stated there was not a manager at any of the local Panda Expresses between here and Temple. Hmmm! I also watched as the pan of supposedly fresh rice was poured over what was already in the rice containment thing. Yes! That's right! Poured it over the old rice! I thought that it was fresh rice. More on that in a moment. The guy asked if I would like it remade. Uhhh, yeah. That's what I asked for in the first place. They re-made the bowl. I said this was horrible service & I would be calling their corporate headquarters. Not that bumbling teenagers care, right? Gave my daughter what she order when I returned to the car. I told her NEVER AGAIN will we go there. When I arrived home later, I called corporate HQs and while I was on the phone with them, daughter approached me and said she wasn't feeling good. She also told me then that the "fresh" rice wasn't actually. It tasted stale and that it too was "crunchy. She didn't say anything because she knew I would not be happy. It's not because it wasn't cooked, it's because it was over cooked and ... old. So, what they did was put old overcooked rice on old overcooked rice. And ... who knows how old the chicken was or if it wasn't cooked properly??? So now we're dealing with her upset stomach. They need to fire every single one of those kids so that they will learn from this. I doubt retraining will help! They won't comprehend it as by the clueless look on every single one of their faces! This place should be shut down! And then I read the reviews here on Yelp! Nothing but bad reviews! I say Copperas Cove needs to stop going to this disgusting place and actually patronize real Chinese restaurants that are decent in this town! There's an excellent one in Cove Terrace! Go there instead. You'll also receive excellent service. Panda Express is disgusting--at least the one in Copperas Cove is. Run apparently by teenagers and no leadership on site and the health standards are deplorable if they are pouring old food on top of old food! Even if they were pouring new food on old food, you just don't do that! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm a regular at panda however have never had a positive experience at the copperas Cove store. I have given them several chances however tonight was my last straw. I placed an online order and requested sweet and sour sauce. On arrival I was informed they didn't have anymore sauce. I did not want the food without the sauce so I requested a refund. Several staff members were visibly frustrated with my request. I ended up leaving the food without a refund. I know it seems small but again this wasn't the first negative experience I've had here. The staff is very rude and seem inconvenienced by any request. The food is subpar compared to other pandas. The store also always looks run down and dirty. Management is failing in this store. I will not be returning to this location. read more

They also don't know how to answer a phone I've called 15 times due to an issue on a order and I could tell the hung up on me multiple times. Then as well when I come to the window your lady lies saying they have two people working when I counted 5 people working. And then as well I asked for warmer food since y'all didn't want to answer my calls and they said no. So now my food is all cold by time I get home/ when I picked up. Horrible! Menu sign was open. Menu had fallen out and was on ground and was unreadable. They took forever to respond at the speaker and finally just instructs us to pull to window to order. Once there we waited for a long time again while people inside talked, looked at their phones, and walked around. Finally took order and let it sit at the window while they continued to talk to each other. After a long wait they came to tell us they were out of egg rolls. After another Long wait, they came back to the window and said they had to wait for the manager to grant access to the registers again. After some more waiting we finally decided to go somewhere else to eat. read more

Sometimes fast food restaurant chains can be a hit or miss. I've been to this Pandas 5 times so far and have never had a bad experience. The food is always cooked the way I expected it should be cooked. Sometimes the wait is long but hey.. Sometimes the wait is long in every restaurant. What I like most about this pandas is the workers. So far, they have all been very friendly. There is a guy named Tyler who works there who is always friendly and upbeat. Always greets the customers with a smile and is always talkative and nice as soon as you walk in the door till the moment you leave. He's a great worker. Handsome too, not gonna lie haha. read more

Panda Express - Teriyaki Chicken, Pacific Chili Shrimp with half noodles and fried rice. - Chinese Near Me - Copperas Cove, Texas

Beware if you pick up your food at the drive through. Twice now one of the meals I ordered did not contain the meat that you would expect. Today around 4:20, I picked up Kung Pao chicken and there was hardly enough chicken and vegetables included to covered the top, but the bowl was filled with rice. The other time I ordered beef and broccoli and there was broccoli and only two tiny peaces of meat. Very disappointing that the servers think its okay to treat their drive through customers this way. read more
