This Jack's in East Brewton just opened up a week ago…read more If you're tempted to try the Chicken Slider at Jacks be prepared to get a piece of chicken smaller than the size of your thumb.. After getting out to my vehicle and opening it up, I laughingly took it back In like it was a hilarious mistake but instead they said No, that's all you get "a half of chicken tender". I am not sure how big their chicken tenders are but this is an absolute rip off. I've eaten here probably three or four times since they opened and besides not getting any cheese on my cheese burgers it has been very good food and decently priced.. This however is an insult to customers. Place is new, clean, & nice.. Other than this flaw in their menu it's a great place to eat.. Edited: 5/17/24 After posting this the management contacted me and explained that the employee who told me this was wrong and it would be dealt with.. They also offered me complimentary meal for my experience but I declined the free meal... My reviews are honest and fair. I'm not trying to gain anything in return.. I was grateful that they contacted me Al let me know they were taking care of it.. All the food I've had from there so far has been excellent besides that one experience.. Thanks! Jack's for following up on my comment. .

Even after the manager remade our food (after she said she was too busy - the restaurant was NOT busy), it was still wrong. We had tacos with no lettuce, tacos with no meat, and after four times trying to get a basic order, we finally left with nacho cheese, no fries, no chips. The hard shell taco had barely food on the shell, overflowing off the edge. Go to sonic next door. This was incredible as to how bad it was across the board. Also, the cook with the tattoos all over his face was totally disrespectful and admitted to making our order wrong because he was frustrated after the first time they gave us the wrong order. No carbonation in drinks, internet was down so couldn't refund cards. I've never seen anything as lazy and dysfunctional and rude as this, which is the only reason I even found it noteworthy to write a review. Go anywhere else. This place shouldn't be in business, it's a disgrace.
