If there was another McD's in town, I'd go there instead. I don't know what it is about this one,…read morebut it's always something. Usually it's that it takes forever I'm not one to kvetch about a missed ketchup packet or order that's not 100% accurate when we're talking about a fast food franchise. That said, this one has been consistently the slowest and most inaccurate location I've known. It's been that way, that I know of, for a few years. The plusses include that they hire a bunch of kids without experience, train them, and put them alongside other workers who would struggle to get a job elsewhere. I mean, how many people do we all know that get their first paid gig at a McDonald's? A bunch, right? It's the same here. We have young humans in our orbit who love it here. They knew when special menu items drop. They think it's a treat to get a Happy (or other) Meal. So, we aren't going to swear off of the place. Ill probably continue to grumble about it, until/unless they pick up the pace and get more things correct and corrected.

I guess she was on her lunch break cut right in front of me which was super rude. Secondly, I went and asked for the grinch salt. The lady at the register said we don't have any grinch. Salt. So I placed my odor for my free French fries and my free. Ice cream cone as I was waiting for that. Another lady was placing her order. And the lady at the register asked if she wanted the grinch salt. Cause that's the only grinch they had. So I had to get back in line Which this nice gentleman?Let me cut in front of him and I had to order the grinch salt which I could have just ordered it at the beginning? If the lady knew exactly what she was doing, I don't recommend anyone going to this mcdonald's

The restroom was nasty and had a foul smell to it. I had the baconator with fries and a drink. The fries tasted like old grease. The burger had a funny taste to it also like melted rubber or plastic. The chairs in dining are all wood and hurt the bottom bum after sitting in them for a time. Now the staff was very nice and cordial when ordering. Food was received within a few minutes. This is an addition. After I finished my meal I ordered a frosty to go. The lady behind the counter was just excessively rude. When she gave my the frosty I looked at her and said "I know some people have bad days at work, I have them to at times but I don't make others lives unhappy by being rude to them"! She stood there and didn't know what to say. I turned and walked out. It only takes one to ruin it for all the others that were nice.

I go inside and sit down for a meal and leave thinking I need depression counseling because of the atmosphere. My waitress was awesome though. A young lady with short black hair and she kept a check on me and her other customers. I must say she did an awesome job. I ordered a small personal pizza with cheese sticks and sauce. I love the Huts personal pan pizza but this one wasn't so good. The pizza dough wasn't completely cooked regardless of the cheese being melted on top. The restaurant was busy so I think the cook rushed my pizza out. The cheese sticks were great. The Pizza Hut owners as a whole need to realize the dark carpet and walls are depressing. The company needs an interior design image change and I think it would draw better business. Just my opinion though.
